Beautiful Villa with sea views located on the first line of the Portocolom Bay. Recently renovated in a Mediterranean style. It consists of 3 double rooms en suite. A studio with sofa bed and toilet. All with hot/cold pump and fan. At the main entrance, a spacious living room with sea views, fireplace and television. At the back of the house, the kitchen and the dining room share a large open space with access to the sunny 200m2 patio with a sofa and hammocks.

This house is a project that began in 2005 and was completed in 2018. It was carried out in several periods but is now a project that has come to fruition. I am in love with Balearic architecture and this house is a sample of the traditional Mallorcan peasant house. It is decorated with antique furniture acquired in second-hand markets and some from my family. It is a house with lots of light, cozy where one feels well-being and peace in the middle of nature.

This well-kept, Mallorcan-style house is located in a quiet yet central residential area of Cala Mandia directly opposite a nature reserve. Three magnificent sand bays can be reached in about 300 m on foot. All are beautiful and suitable for children. Cala Mandias beach has preserved the blue flag for particularly good water quality. You can also easily reach the numerous shops and restaurants of the well-kept village by foot.

In our great beach house you can chill out by the pool, go to the beach and enjoy a delicious barbecue. In the evening you can sit nicely on the large terrace, overlooking the beach and the sea. Our house is perfectly oriented. During the day, when it is hot, you can look at the sea on the front terrace (in the shade) or lie in the sun by the pool on the other terrace. So there is always a shady or sunny spot for everyone.
