Very pleasant accommodation, quiet, comfortable bed and the jacuzzi is really great. Mélissa is very responsive, we would recommend without any problem.

We had a great time as a family in this charming cottage for the weekend of the ascension. It is an old stone forge (which keeps it cool) with beautiful wooden doors, beautiful furniture, a beautiful staircase… everything has remained authentic, with great taste. There were seven adults and two babies, and frankly, everything was very well thought out to make everyone feel at ease. It has everything you need, nothing is missing. Great bedding. Communication with Eustacia was great! The small garden is lovely and peaceful, the pool was really nice, and the setting… magical. The view, the calm, the village (and this restaurant a minute's walk, too convenient!), everything was perfect. We felt great from the start. We recommend it without a second thought!

Fabulous gite in a gorgeous setting.

A real favorite! The house is nestled in a green setting, the park is beautifully maintained, a real pleasure for the eyes and for the soul. The interior is tastefully decorated and above all very well equipped: everything is designed to make you feel good, like at home. The hosts are adorable, attentive and discreet. A charming little detail: the period parquet on the 1st floor likes to make its voice heard... a way of reminding you that the house has a history! 😉 We'll be happy to go back to this charming gem.

Lovely hosts and beautiful, unique old house in tranquil, green, riverside location. We stayed with our dog for 4 weeks in May, we found plenty locally to visit/do/eat. Recommend the cheap bus rides from Larnagol: to Cahors and Figeac along the Lot. Veronique and Thierry were responsive when we needed help but gave us total privacy, very occasionally dropping in by arrangement to maintain the pretty garden. They speak better English than they think, too! Recommended 😁😁🐶

This place is even more beautiful than the pictures! Everything is harmonious, practical and very well thought out. We were 5 friends and the layout of the space is perfect! The place is charming... Even in bad weather! We would highly recommend it!

Awesome location, quiet and calm with a private pool. We loved it! Very friendly host Hugette. Closeby (5 min drive) you have a supermarket and local shops. Plenty of Nice sight seringen within a 30-40 drive. We can definately recommend it ❤️ Don’t forget to bring your essentials with you, in comparison with other Airbnb’s there’s a minimum to get up and running. We’ve left some coffee, dishwasher tabs, cooking oil, vinegar, pasta and rice for next guests. I hope this helps :)

Excellent stay in this very atypical little place. Nothing was missing for our stay and the place is really super cocooning. I recommend it for a weekend getaway in one of the most original places.

Very nice welcome to the White Cross in a very well renovated barn, tastefully decorated and very well furnished. Very clean place and games for children provided. We had a truly memorable stay at Karen and Laka’s beautiful home in the peaceful village of Varen, France. The location is ideal for exploring some of the most charming towns in the region - Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val, Najac, Cordes-sur-Ciel, Albi, and more are all within easy reach. The property itself is thoughtfully appointed, with a lovely private patio garden that opens up to a breathtaking meadow. The swimming pool is perfectly positioned to take in sweeping views of the countryside, forest, and even the village church tower - it’s the kind of peaceful backdrop that invites deep relaxation. Karen and Laka are warm, welcoming hosts who instantly make you feel at home. They offered fantastic local tips and recommendations, clearly sharing a strong connection to their community. Their genuine hospitality made the experience feel less like a rental and more like a second home. 10/10 we’d love to return and highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for an authentic French break.

House with lots of character, very well-equipped and very beautiful potential perfectly exploited. Laurence and Jean-Michel are very welcoming, considerate and available. Jean-Michel, a passionate bakery enthusiast, has concocted excellent pastries and bread for our breakfast. (Order on request). Great place for a great relaxing time. Lots of picturesque villages to visit nearby. Thank you, and I look forward to returning.

Gite as advertised, far from everything , what we wanted, very quiet, full of possible activities: swimming pool, ping pong table, foosball, exercise bike, and above all great spa awesome 👍 We recommend.

Amandine was so welcoming and helpful making many recommendations. The property is in a lovely location and offers amazing accommodation that feels very homely. With a hot tub and pool you are spoilt for choice. Only 10 mins from Sarlat and 15 mins from Domme it is the perfect location to explore the Dordogne. Highly recommended

The accommodation is really nice, as is the scenery around. It's very quiet and relaxing, the decor is really superb, it's nice, the accommodation really has a little something that quickly puts you at ease. Jimmy is really friendly and available, I really recommend it for a couple or friends looking for hiking and beautiful scenery.

The house is in a very quiet environment and in the middle of nature. Ideal for resting and seeing the surrounding villages. The house matched the description and photos, and it wasn't difficult for us to get there. Monique is very friendly and nice, even though we don't understand much French, she explained everything perfectly. In addition, as a nice touch, he left us some very tasty yogurts!

We absolutely loved staying at this cute, clean place. It was really nicely decorated, free of clutter, everything was new and comfy, but the best thing was the view, deck, and hot tub. Oh, and the frogs at night. Just the sweetest piece of country land to be found. The beds were amazing, linens were great. Honestly, nothing to say other than I will and would book this place again. If you're looking for a beautiful night sky, hot tub under the stars, and a great home to call home, this is it. Great host, too :)

We had a great family weekend at this beautiful country house. The description is accurate, plenty of space indoors and outdoors for 10 people. The environment is peaceful and we felt really good during these 3 days. Julien is available, responsive and adaptable. We recommend it 100%!

We spent great days with Sophie in the beautiful house in Cabrerets. The house really offers more support than you could wish for, both in the kitchen and with board games, books, washing machine… The glazed annex is also a wonderful lounge on rainy days. Sophie's welcome was extremely warm and the tips for things to do nearby with plenty of information material were overwhelming. Thank you!
