Our stay was spectacular! The house is wonderful, cozy place! It faces the forest that offers us an amazing view! Well spacious…we were super well accommodated ! The hosts Giovana and Cilmara were very helpful and kind, they respond to us quickly !! Giovana directed us to Mrs. Ivany to help us with the meals and it was also a wonderful experience! Super Solicit, whimsical and delicious cuisine! Our experience with this home was great ! I highly recommend

The house is a delight! Everything was super tidy and clean. The general structure and leisure spaces were the differential to spend good moments of tranquility and enjoy as a family as we wanted! The surrounding nature gives the feeling that you are far from São Paulo. And the view from the windows of the room looks like pictures. The house is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. Everything was perfect and communication with Víctor was excellent. 100% recommended!

The stay with André and Vera was amazing. We had privacy in the space, flexibility in the arrival time and the place was simply beautiful and very well cared for. My recommendation is to access the property during the day or use the road at night only if it is really necessary. I will recommend the house to anyone who wants a nice place to relax in summer and winter, as it is fully equipped with everything! Our dog really enjoyed the space, which is completely fenced, and even made friends with Vera's dogs. You can play cards, watch a movie, cook, paint a coloring book and still relax. Thank you and I will be back in the future :)

Large living room, beautiful decoration, plants, dining table, kitchen very well-equipped, even with a dishwasher. Work room, hot air inverter, plus a portable heater and a portable air conditioner. Very clean, 2 bathrooms, warm shower. Dream chalet in a safe exclusive property with trees, mini forest, water fountain, I slept with the noise of the fountain that is outside the chalet. Patio with tables in a beautiful garden looks like the Secret Garden movie. Beautiful wooden room with a balcony overlooking the trees. Mosquito net that gives a touch of a royal princess. Very soft bed, very high quality bath bedding, great blankets, outdoor table in front of the house, in the middle of Alta Vila Madalena, no noise, I ate meals in the courtyard and on the balcony. Wonderful location, beautiful landscape, easy to access. It took us 40 minutes to return to São Paulo. Quiet spot, great house, spacious, accommodates everyone. Clean, fragrant sheets and towels. Living room, large kitchen with quality appliances. Very good leisure area with barbecue, Tennis Table and Swimming Pool. Everyone really enjoyed it. I recommend it to everyone to enjoy a quiet location and a quality home.

Grace is an excellent host. From the beginning, with great communication, he sent us explanatory videos of the way, how to enter the place, tips on what we could do. When we arrived at the place, she was pestering us not to receive her in person. As we got on the bus, there was a delicious smell. Everything is arranged and cared for in the smallest details. Our business stay was great, the house is wonderful, the path takes a bit of a dirt road, but nothing that got in the way, there is no commerce nearby, so we had to shop in São Roque. Overall everything was great.

I stayed 4 days in June/25 for an event in Alphaville, I found it a great value, considering other places directly in Alphaville. Location close to markets and other conveniences, very quiet, no noise at night, I felt safe. Environment exactly as shown in the photos, extremely clean, full kitchen, comfortable bed, impeccable. Automated room with Alexa and bar service available, with some snacks charged separately. It's well worth it, I'll definitely be back.
