On the second floor, a large master suite with a possible workspace and shower room. An outdoor courtyard not overlooked allows you to have meals or coffee.

We offer a nice detached house in the heart of the property of Château Grand Peyruchet, called Loupiac. With stunning views of the Garonne valley, its vines and the South-Gironde forest, you will be at the heart of the wine activity of a historic family estate. Close to the city of Cadillac (2 km), with its castle and ramparts, you will find all the shops there for the comfort of your stay.

Private studio, quiet neighborhood Rions

Studio of about 30 m2 composed of a small kitchen, a sofa bed, a dressing room, a mezzanine with a double bed. The place can accommodate up to 4 people. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, sink, towel dryer. Sheets and towels are provided. Access is through the garage of the house and then you have your private space. Hand delivery of keys between 6pm and 9pm.
