Our home, features an original fireplace, flagstone floors, and local furnishings. Enjoy the courtyard garden and pool (a quiet relaxing space, our neighbours appreciate their tranquility too). The neighbourhood is quiet but attractions like the Pont d'Avignon, restaurants, and bars are all less than 10 minutes on foot. A parking space is within a 3-minute walk. You will not use the car in town but is will be great to explore Provence by day and return to your tranquil haven each evening.

Located 5 minutes from the Avignon Nord highway exit at the gates of the Luberon, our home benefits from attractive proximities. Indeed, Avignon city center is a 12-min drive away (5 min with the rail shuttle), 10 min from the Spirou and Wave amusement parks. Visit within a 30 km radius all that makes our region attractive (Gordes, Les Baux de Provence, Pont du Gard, Saint Rémy, Mont Ventoux, Fontaine de Vaucluse, Vaison la Romaine and the countless tourist villages)

Our accommodation, very clean, air-conditioned and quiet, is brand new on the first floor of an old building. The interior is cozy with exposed stones and wood: entrance, main room, small bedroom with queen size bed, overlooking the bathroom and inner courtyard, small garden overlooking the fields. Free parking in front. Pets allowed. Independent 45 m² cottage (No one around or above). 20 min from Avignon, 10 min from Marcoule. Self check-in and self check-out.

Extremely well located, the accommodation is 5 minutes from the highway, in a very quiet subdivision, not overlooked, 10 minutes' walk to the center of Orange where you will find the magnificent Roman Amphitheater, restaurants, shops and the city's entertainment.
