Le logement attaché à la maison principale où les propriétaires (1 coupe) y vivent à l'année, est très bien séparé avec sa propre entrée, sa piscine privative et son jardin attenant (300m2) La cuisine, entièrement équipée ouvre sur le jardin où se trouve un abri avec salon pour se détendre et y prendre éventuellement les repas.

Lou Vabre a été entièrement rénovée en 2023 : grandes ouvertures pour une abondance de lumière naturelle, volets électriques, climatisation, la maison offre un parfait confort.
