House/Chalet with private Guapiaçu river.

The property borders the river and the other bank belongs to the Guapiaçú Ecological Reserve (REGUA), which makes the well completely private and exclusive. We have a wood-burning oven and a wood-burning stove. We also have a pool table, playing cards and a hammock for relaxing. The region is rich in cinematic trails and waterfalls. (We recommend a guide) In the heat, it is great to cool off in the natural waters, and in the cold, it is great to enjoy the mountain climate... This price is not valid for Christmas, New Year's and Carnival

The house is on the upper floor, with 1 double bedroom, a single bedroom with 3 accommodations, a social bathroom, in the living room we have a sofa bed, kitchen, service area with washing machine and balcony. Enjoy a unique and cozy experience in this well-located place, with many waterfalls in the middle of the woods. The townhouse is in the heart of the city, and on the first floor there is a beauty salon. Close to the property we have a bakery, pharmacies, supermarkets, banks, a hospital and gyms, bars and restaurants.
