The moment we arrived, we were charmed by how cozy and inviting the place felt—Cindy and her husband have poured their hearts and positive energy into every detail. The cabin itself is spotless, airy, and absolutely revitalizing. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and each room feels fresh and inviting. The kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped, making it easy for us to cook and prep our picnics. Out on the deck, the view of the canyon wall is awe-inspiring. Sipping a morning coffee on the deck while listening to the river was a beautiful way to start a day of exploring the Roosevelt National Forest and Rocky Mountain National Park. The hot tub was a dream after day hikes, and the peaceful setting made it easy to unwind. Our first night we heated a chicken pot pie from Lyons Market and sat in wonder of how lucky we were to have found this place. Four nights was just enough to leave me feeling calm, mindful, and re-energized. I can’t wait to come back for a longer stay.

Great place. We enjoyed sleeping with the windows open to heat the flowing river. They had some basic ingredients in the pantry which allowed us to make some pretty funny mystery pancakes. But overall very cozy and made tons of fun memories at the cabin which is a great bonus to any vacation.

Didn't miss this well appointed cozy cabin! Can't find any negatives to write about. Had everything we needed and exceeded expectations. Great support of dogs with a clear and fair policy. Felt very private despite the other surrounding accommodations. Grab some firewood from Safeway on your way in if you'd like to use the fireplace. Definitely want to come back to check out their other cabins and tiny homes on the property!

Pulled together our local group of guys to escape into the mountains and celebrate one of our best friends getting married. We were close to off-road trails to go dirt biking and coming back to this Lyons oasis was perfect! The kitchen set up was amazing as we were able to cook amazing meals from homemade soups, salads and steaks. Nothing beats being able to unwind with a hot tub and campfire. Afterwards on our way out being able to hike at button rock reservoir was perfect

What a wonderful and relaxing place! Private hot tub. River 25 feet away running (which we could listen to while sleeping) with a gas fire pit and chairs. Great communication.

The absolute cutest place with the most breathtaking views - so comfy and inviting! The river outside your door is incredible and the hot tub is a fun way to soak in the view. We loved it and will be back!

This little cottage was an absolute dream for our honeymoon! We loved everything from the indoor fireplace to the outdoor hot tub! The views were incredible and it definitely had a sense of privacy. We were so close to so many activities - restaurants, fishing, hiking, shopping and more! The wildlife was amazing around the cottage and surrounding area. We can't wait to come back and book this place again!

Dave did a great job putting together this peaceful getaway. I stayed in Cabin C and it was cozy, clean, the fireplace was a huge perk, and the calming sound of the river that was only a few steps away. love how the bedroom has a full glass sliding door that faces the greenery and the river, great way to wake up each day! We loved our stay here, such an amazing view and wonderful location from which to wonder out. There is a lot of space so it made for an easy win to share with another couple.

this was a cute little cabin next to a creek/river. It was peaceful, serene, and plenty warm. It was perfect for a couple retreat and we enjoyed our stay.

Casey is a great host. He was extremely responsive and positive to my many questions. The house is spacious and accommodated our family very will. Would highly recommend this home.

Had a great and cozy stay here for only a short night -- the cabin looks small from the outside but is actually quite spacious. It has everything you would need to enjoy a night in Livermore, plus it's right behind Rigby's, a pretty great restaurant and local hangout.

We were very comfortable and had an enjoyable stay in the log cabin. It was very clean and well furnished. The fenced in yard for our two small dogs was perfect! I would recommend this choice to others visiting the Brighton area.

Convenient and peaceful location! The cabin suited our families needs beautifully. We lived in the Lyons area for many years prior to moving to Michigan so it was nice to stay in such an awesome location for my son’s CU Boulder graduation🎉 I would not hesitate to return for another stay and I highly recommend this Airbnb!

Such a sweet, serene spot. I loved the bathtub and used it daily. My dog loved life and was able to run off leash, and being right next to the creek was a plus. It was a quick drive into Estes which I appreciated. If you’re looking to get away from the city and relax in a quiet spot, this is the perfect place for you!

Cabin was very pretty inside nice cozy way for 2! overall very satisfied with my stay. Very clean, clear instructions for everything check in and out. Hot tub was a plus! Staying in the canyon was a very good option as well very pretty!

The front porch of this historic cabin was the perfect spot for my family to enjoy wonderful time together and watch the deer and elk wandering right up to the property. The inside of the cabin is beautifully decorated and so comfortable. We loved every minute of our stay! Highly recommended!!

This was the perfect place for some much needed rest and being in the presence of natural beauty!!❤️ We stopped here on our way through Colorado and stayed for two nights. I had a fantastic getaway at the Oak Cabin! The setting by the river is beautiful and made it easy to unwind after a day of exploring. I loved waking up to sunlight streaming through the big windows and spotting wildlife right outside. This little cabin was perfect for our mountain getaway! It was cozy, peaceful, and very clean. The creek out back was beautiful and we saw lots of wildlife! We would love to stay here again someday!

This was a very cozy and well stocked cabin, in a gorgeous location! Heidi checked in multiple times through out our stay and was wonderful! Between being right on the river, the fire pits, and the comfy bed, this is the perfect spot for a quick getaway

Absolutely delightful! The location was close to town, on a quiet end of the big Thompson and our cabin had a sense of being its own private piece of land. We relished in the private deck and hot tub. The thoughtful details of the cabin created a classy clean mountain feel. The hospitality and management of the property was perfect. Everything was Spotless and yet we had the illusion that we were completely secluded.
