This is the second time I have stayed in this apartment and it is still cozy and because it has a great location, I can do everything on foot. Francisco always very attentive.

The apartment was in perfect clean condition and very true to what was described in the listing. They made an effort to accommodate us quickly at the last minute as our previous site was canceled. Very grateful for that. Highly recommended.

Excellent apartment, everything just like the photos, everything like new, very comfortable, clean and organized. Just as a recommendation, I would add towels. But I definitely recommend it 100% and I would stay there again. The condominium is also beautiful and very safe.

I spent more than a month at Rodrigo's and everything went very well. The accommodation is very good, sunny, spacious and in a quiet and safe area. Rodrigo is a good host who takes care to answer our various requests and questions. Great time in this apartment.

Beautiful place, beautiful house, attentive and friendly host, flexibility at check-in and check-out. We had a great weekend at Claudio's lakefront house! It has all the necessary amenities and more. The jacuzzi is extremely relaxing, the pool is large, the beds are of good quality, the house is beautiful and the plot has many spaces to share with family or friends. Extremely recommended if it is a large group that wants to have a good time and relax. There are minimarkets nearby to be able to stock up if needed and the caretaker of the house is super friendly. Quiet place, it had everything you need for an excellent stay.

The stay was perfect, exactly as described. We were centrally located for exploring Santa Cruz.

Alejandra's house has everything you need for a perfect stay, straight out of a magazine, with attention to every detail and a beautiful country setting. We'll be back for sure if we're in Santa Cruz again.

The place is at the beginning of the lake, 5 minutes from businesses, it is a quiet place, very well maintained and equipped, perfect to relax, Alejandra is an excellent host always concerned. I would definitely come back.

Camila is very friendly. The instructions he gave me to get there were very clear. The room was very comfortable and the ambiance was nice. I went to a course at the Regional Hospital and the location is excellent.

10/10 place, with everything you need to spend the night and stay for a few days. The location is perfect, close to Highway 5 South and downtown. The reservation was made very late and Claudia accepted that we would stay without any problem. We also left some things behind and she kept them for us. This is the second time we have used this apartment, and I'm sure there will be other occasions. I definitely recommend it.

To say excellent falls short, the host, in addition to being kind, cordial and friendly, helped us solve many things. You can talk to him without problems, and above all, his way of treating people is remarkable. A quiet and comfortable stay, an impeccable apartment... 100 out of 100. Very good apartment.

Wonderful, comfortable stay. Due to an airline delay, we arrived at almost midnight. Pablo graciously awaited our arrival and greeted us warmly. Had a little trouble finding the place, but after he sent directions via G Maps, it was easy. The place was unremarkable from the outside, but quite nice inside. Huge bonus to have interior parking. There's a small fridge, microwave, dishes and utensils for two, coffee maker, and electric kettle. Pablo provided large water bottle, instant coffee, sugar, and cookies. He also provided lots of excellent suggestions for things to do and places to go. Easy 10 minute walk into town for dinner. Pablo was a fabulous, friendly, and hospitable host. I highly recommend staying at his place!

Spacious apartment in a quiet and safe environment. It's not in the center, but it's a short time away in some kind of vehicle. Everything is fine with the host
