The house is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunset. Nicolás is an attentive and caring host, who makes sure everything is in order so that you can enjoy your stay to the fullest!

Excellent for a quiet vacation for family or group of friends and to stay and enjoy the house! All the bedrooms had clean sheets, blankets and towels. The house is impeccable, it has hot water in the bathrooms and kitchen. Above all, excellent cleanliness and we loved that there were even flowers in the vases. I recommend that you be ready to settle into the house and go to the supermarket beforehand to cook there, as it has all kinds of utensils and everything you need to have a peaceful stay. Miguel treated us with excellent willingness and was really cool.

Alejandro was always very friendly, always attentive to us and answered every question super fast. We loved the house, very nice, not only because of its incredible design but because everything works perfectly, very comfortable in every way. The location is ideal for resting. The fact that it has isolated rooms means that you can be in the living room with noise without disturbing those who sleep. We would come back without thinking, by far the best Airbnb house I have ever rented 🙂

If you want to watch the sunset into the Pacific Ocean but don’t want to worry about a tsunami then look no further. The amazing thing is that one can also hear the waves breaking on the shore of charming Maitencillo. Marcela is a gold star hostess because she merits it - plains and simple/ full stop. You will be made to feel at home and every concern promptly attended to. She went above and beyond the call of duty to resolve an internet issue that was causing me some wee bit of grief. Then due to no fault of her own, when I needed a super late checkout it was granted with no questions asked. Five star - Gold star. Just book it before it is gone. P.S. Very comfortable apartment , spacious , bright and well decorated. It has a nice view and despite being close to everything , it is very quiet and quiet . Located next to the beach , cafes and restaurants. Macarena is very friendly and quick to respond.

the accommodation is excellent, the location is ideal for walking and disconnecting for a moment, the beach is ideal for walking and touring with the family. the only negative was that when we arrived there was a slight but noticeable dog smell in the apartment, outside of that everything very well equipped the grill, the beds, the bathrooms, everything excellent the only thing I would add is in the kitchen, since it only has one pot. but outside of that nothing more to enjoy without problems problems.

Excellent place, very clean, tidy, with all the necessary amenities and services, not to mention the unparalleled beautiful view. The host Soledad is very kind, responsive and gives excellent recommendations for the area. In addition, we went with our one-year-old baby and Soledad set up the crib next to the bed (you can see that it is a new crib, excellent quality, with impeccable bedding and quality as well), she even left a gift for him in the crib. I would really recommend this place a thousand times and we will definitely be back.

The apartment is very comfortable, it has everything you need to have a good stay. The view and the apartment are much better than in the photos. Highly recommended and Marcelo was very attentive.

This is the 4th time we've stayed in these apartments, the place is quiet and the view is wonderful, the apartment is clean and has everything you could need, but this time I want to highlight the host, who despite the fact that we had a 5 hour difference was always attentive to any need we had and always maintained great communication.

I loved the accommodation, the host's service was great, the place was beautiful, the view from the balcony was very nice. Everything was tidy and clean, access was very simple, private parking, residential neighborhood, a great cafe nearby, the supermarket a few blocks away and the dunes too. We were able to use the heated pool in the facilities. We were two couples and we had a great time. Perhaps the only aspect to improve is that it would be good to have a couple more kitchen utensils, bowls/salad bowls, and perhaps salt and sugar, but the truth is that despite that, it was a great stay and an extremely comfortable place to rest and disconnect. The beds were very comfortable, and although I missed watching TV lying down, the truth is that it helped me to rest completely haha Highly recommended, we will definitely come back!!

Very well-equipped apartment, excellent location, the best of all the view that you could enjoy despite the cold, since it has full thermopanel windows on the balcony, which provided remarkable warmth, apart from the safety in case of going with children. The apartment had 2 heating systems, which makes it perfect for the autumn/winter season. Pamela is always attentive to everything and very kind. I like to go to the beach at this time, so we'll definitely be back

The apartment is very nice and comfortable. As (or better) as shown in the pictures. Very prepared for children (cot, plates, cutlery, games, etc.), everything very organized in the house and communication with Claudia very fluid. We look forward to returning!

It was a very good experience, in every way! Carlos was always very attentive to any need, showed willingness, and recommended several things in the area. The apartment is very clean, comfortable, with all the implements, good access, quiet sector, totally recommended!
