Mooi gelegen appartement. Zeer schoon en verzorgd. Nette badkamer en keuken, prettig bed. Kevin was zeer correct en toegankelijk in de communicatie. Daarnaast flexibel wat betreft aankomst- en vertrektijd. Wij vonden Santa-Maria veel te toeristisch en massaal en zouden er absoluut niet terugkeren, maar dat is natuurlijk slechts een persoonlijke voorkeur. Het appartement is in ieder geval een aanrader.

Sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung mit einer sehr großen Terrasse mit wunderschönem Blick auf das Meer. Der Kontakt mit Andreas war sehr angenehm und wir konnten viele Empfehlungen einholen. Auf jeden Fall sehr zu empfehlen. Gerne nochmal!!

Le logement est très spacieux et lumineux. Facile d'accès avec des commerces proches à 1 km de la plage. L'accès au centre ville se fait facilement avec des bus qui passent régulièrement. A recommander

Me and my friends had a great time at this Airbnb home. It is very spacious, cozy and just meters from the beach. Elsemanual is very warm and friendly. She was quick to respond to any questions we had and address our needs. The roar of the ocean nearby helped make for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. If you’re looking for a home away from home with a Cape Verdean cultural flair, I would highly recommend this place.

Luis was responsive and a great host. He managed our transport from airport to accommodation. The place was really good for that price. Spacious and clean flat.

Ons verblijf was in een woord geweldig, het is een prachtig penthouse met uitzicht op zee net buiten Mindelo. De host Tânia met haar buddy Pery hebben letterlijk constant voor ons klaar gestaan, heel erg fijn om zo gastvrij ontvangen te worden. Mindelo is op ongeveer 30 minuten lopen maar ze zorgen er voor dat er constant iemand voor je klaar staat je te brengen, ook regelen ze leuke tripjes voor je zoals het zwemmen met schildpadden. Wij hebben ons nog nooit zo thuis gevoeld op vakantie, een super aanrader dus, duizend maal dank aan Pery en Tânia, jullie zijn geweldig!

Sehr schöne und großzügige Wohnung in einer angenehmen Gegend. Hafen, Innenstadt und Strand sind problemlos zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Appartement ist groß, stylish, gemütlich und super ausgestattet. Jaliza war eine perfekte Gastgeberin und hat uns bei allen Anliegen schnell geholfen. Absolut empfehlenswert!

A casa é exatamente como nas fotografias, uma construção de madeira em que nada foi deixado ao acaso e que está repleta de pequenos detalhes e pormenores reveladores do amor e carinho com que foi construída e apreciada. Como qualquer casa de madeira, já vai mostrando pequenos pontos a precisar de manutenção, mas nada de grave. A vista da casa no alpendre exterior é deslumbrante e foi precisamente o que mais adorámos. Ficar no exterior à noite, a observar a imensidão do céu estrelado e em silêncio, apenas com o som do mar, foi igualmente agradável. Casa perfeita para nos acolher com a nossa família. Partimos com muita vontade de regressar por mais dias. Pequenos eletrodomésticos em falta podem melhorar a experiência (chaleira ou cafeteira). No terreno contíguo da casa está a ser construída uma nova habitação, o que retira privacidade ao alpendre. Os trabalhadores são respeitosos e não começam a fazer barulho muito cedo.

It is located right on the sea board. A beautiful and tranquil place to enjoy the ocean, read a book and at night you have an amazong view of the stars. There’s a garden with a lot of shade and place to relax. Right next door there’s a small turtle sanctuary and you can make a roundtrip by foot around the vulcano. So enough to do for everyone. Inside the appartment is very clean, tidy en cozy. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Très bon séjour ! La maison est spacieuse et bien équipée. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Les instructions pour l’arrivée sont claires et permettent un self check-in et self check-out.

Fabuleux. Maison très agréable, Vue magnifique, la piscine est splendide et la plage privée au pied de la maison est absolument merveilleuse - à 10 mn à pieds de la plage du village - très sympathique avec ses petits bars- et 15 mn de la plage sauvage sublime de preta - l’accueil est très bien géré - L’équipe nous a aidés à prendre les billets de ferry - un lieu idéal pour se reposer dans la douceur de l’île de Maio.

Einmal mehr hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt im Haus von Carlos. Auf spontane Anfragen hat er schnell reagiert, wir konnten spontan und unkompliziert den Aufenthalt verlängern. Das Haus ist ideal auch um Vila das Pombas mit Restaurantmöglichkeiten zu erreichen. Werden bestimmt wieder kommen, viele Dank.

Wir waren zu fünft und haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Wenn man ein paar schöne Tage fern ab der vielen Touristen aus Santa Maria verbringen und ein wenig das einheimische Leben schnuppern mag, ist man bei Ralf gut aufgehoben. Wir waren durch Ralfs Empfehlungen zweimal köstlich essen und wurden mit allen Infos ausgestattet die man brauchte. Das Haus mit Pool war für unsere Tochter sowieso der Knüller! Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt. Wir haben eine nette Familie kennengelernt und das Gefühl, ein wenig vom einheimischen Flair der Menschen auf Sal mitbekommen zu haben. Danke für den Einblick

A casa é ampla e espaçosa, muito bem localizada e com uma maravilhosa vista para a praia. Pela sua localização, acede-se à praia directamente e está a apenas 5m a pé do centro da Vila.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment in Santa Maria, Ilha do Sal! The place is exactly as shown – well-equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. It was very clean when we arrived, and the host, Nina, was absolutely wonderful – very friendly and always available to help. The apartment is in a beautifully maintained condominium, in a perfect location – right by the beach, with a pool, and just a really short walk from the main street of Santa Maria. Everything was perfect, and we’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

Marco è stato eccezionale attivo nel risolvere problematiche e rispondere a quesiti per vivere al meglio l'Isla do Sal. L'alloggio funzionale come lo desideravo..... lontano dal caos ma vicino al centro. Esperienza fantastica. Grazie . Obrigada !!!

Fantastic apartment and location! Right on the beach, quiet area 5mins walk from the walking streets. Everything you need and more. Little tip, moka pot is provided but bring your own espresso, different style of coffee on the islands, very good too. Carla is great, always available and open to suggestions, perfect host. I'm suggesting this place to all my friends and will be back next spring. Thanks Carla!

Nice and clean apt. Close to 2 pools. Good resturants close by. We did not have remotecontrol for the aircondition, but this was fixed in a day or two. We would like to come back in the future.

Estadia fantástica... O Nigel foi sempre atencioso, desde o check-in (bem) mais cedo que o estipulado. Acompanhamento desde o momento da reserva, garantindo que nada faltava. A localização é perfeita, 10 mts da praia e a 5 min do centro. Suficientemente longe para descansar durante a noite. Restaurante e pastelaria fantástica logo à porta. Se iria novamente a Cabo Verde? Clara que sim. Voltaria a reservar com o Nigel ? Sem dúvida!

Logement spacieux pour deux. Bien situé, centre accessible à pied tout comme les bars de plages et les clubs de kitesurf. Appartement bien équipé mais j’ajouterais une poile un peu plus grande pour cuisiner. La salle de bain est fonctionnelle mais le pommeau pourrait être remplacé. Lit confortable. Balcon superbe. Sonia est une super hôte, réactive, bonnes recommandations et d‘une grande gentillesse. Nous reviendrons.

Viajamos para Cabo Verde em família (criança de 03 anos) e nossos últimos dias escolhemos a acomodação para termos dias somente para a criança. Resultado: Mais do que o esperado. Você pode utilizar tudo do resort, que tem muita programação para os pequenos. Os drinks são um preço bom (3€). O espaço é limpo, bem decorado e relativamente bem equipado. Nos atendeu completamente para nosso objetivo.
