Apartment vacation rentals in Cabo San Lucas

The place was absolutely beautiful. We took advantage of the hot tub and even saw some fireworks on our last night! The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. It was the best sleep we’ve gotten in a long time. It was also so easy to get an Uber. They were always available within 1-2 minutes and the location is easy to find. My husband and I will forever be so grateful to Guillermo for his hospitality. He helped to arrange transportation from the airport to the Air BnB and gave us excellent recommendations that did not disappoint. We loved the Art Walk in San Jose del Cabo, Playa Santa Maria, Casasola, Hoja Santa (the creme brûlée waffle was life changing), La Lupita, The Sand Bar, etc etc. I could go on and on. In short, Guillermo helped to make our trip unforgettable! We cannot wait to rebook!

It’s a great place to stay, you are close to the city, costo, fresco, Oxxo and other big market is near to the apartment. I’ll back again!

Just returned from an amazing stay at Dean’s place. It was beautifully furnished, beds were so comfy, very spacious with no clutter. The kitchen had everything that we needed from a Keurig machine (stocked w/coffee pods), pots, pans, silverware, basically everything that you’d have at home. There’s also a closet filled with beach toys, cooler and floating pool bed. The balcony is dreamy! The view is breathtaking and there’s a ton of space to lounge out there after a day of fun in the sun. As for the resort - wow! The grounds are absolutely gorgeous! So clean and beautifully decorated. The staff onsite were all so kind, welcoming and respectful. Note that there is a market onsite which is very helpful to have, but be aware that it is VERY expensive. My recommendation is to take a $5 uber to the Super Chedraui located 5 mins away via car and stock up on all of your essentials. My family felt super safe in the neighborhood. Alvaro’s place was amazing! Super cute and beautifully decorated, and it had everything we needed for a great stay—dishes, cookware, shot glasses, towels, washer/dryer, etc. Super CLEAN! The location was perfect—close to all the restaurants and activities we had planned, so we didn’t have to go far for anything. There’s also a super clean, well-stocked 24hr grocery store and a Costco literally right outside the gate—both totally walkable. It felt really safe, too. We even walked to the grocery store alone a couple of times with no issues. The place is in a gated community, so only your first drop-off and final pick-up can come through the gate. Any other rides meet you just outside the gate, and it’s only a short 2–3 minute walk. And the rooftop? Immaculate. Private, easy to access through the apartment. Best birthday trip, ever.

I really liked how secure the location was and the attention to detail by the security guards. the location is also close to a grocery store that's just a 2mins walk. The host was also responsive and I appreciate their flexibility in helping me check-in early.

The best accommodation in Los Cabos, the view is breathtaking, it's definitely worth every dollar. The pool area is practically all yours if there are no other guests. It's close to very quiet beaches. The best option is to get around with Uber.

Excellent location, about 10 minutes from the marina by car, the bed was super comfortable, everything in order except the sofa, I think they should change it or clean it (apart from being uncomfortable, the wood felt) other than that everything was fine and clean

We had a wonderful stay at Rebecca’s place. The Apt. was cozy and clean and has a nice outdoor space. The clubhouse pool and rocky coastline with daily whale and occasional dolphin sightings, however, is what would draw us back. Thank you!

We loved the stay at this accommodation, easy access, nice area and close to the tourist area, the accommodation is more beautiful in person, it has everything you need and even more, tidy, super clean, very comfortable, the beds are super comfortable, everything is very nice, the host is super friendly and attentive, we loved it, I definitely recommend it! We would choose it again!

Good location and the place is well equipped. Extra points because the building has a terrace with a swimming pool available to guests.

I don’t have enough words to describe how responsive and accommodating Jan was. The place had little things such as nearby construction but Jan’s place was suited with everything we needed. Clean bed, two tvs, kitchen and living room area. Great space overall. Once again Jan’s hospitality was 10/5, we couldn’t be more thankful and happy. Honest man !!

Beautiful unit with many amenities available at the resort, and the staff was friendly. Check-in was very smooth and easy and the host was very proactive about sending information before our stay and responsive to questions. The room was very clean. As for the food at the resort, I felt it was ok and overpriced. Just keep in mind you will have to pay a daily resort fee at check out that was not disclosed before booking. I asked Miguel and he did say they will collect a daily resort when you check out. I would also recommend using Uber much cheaper than a taxi, the staff will tell you to use a taxi but using Uber is safe and affordable. The beautiful swim beach steps away from the resort was a plus.

Our stay was excellent. The apartment was impeccable, well equipped and very comfortable. The location was perfect and the host was always attentive. We definitely recommend it!

Rubi is a great host and responds quickly, very friendly and solves problems quickly.

This rental has a front desk check-in with security 24/7 making it feel very safe. The grounds are maintained & very clean. Pretty quiet. Didn’t even realize we had neighbors until we checked out. The place is clean & just as pictured. Appreciated the extra toiletries provided that one may forget (qtips, hair caps, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc). Restaurants, Oxxo, beach all walking distance. We did get Uber a couple of times and didn’t wait more than 2 minutes. Very safe neighborhood with the fire station about 1/2 a block. Only downfall was the rooftop jacuzzi was a flop. You fill it yourself & run out of “warm” water about a 1/4 of the way. That’s more of a building issue. Jinelly made sure to reach out to us throughout our stay to make sure everything met our needs. Gave us suggestions & even offered to help book transportation & excursions for us. Will definitely recommend this place to others.

Malissa's place was just what we were looking for: a place right on the beach to return to after a 3-day music festival that was peaceful and quiet to help recharge for the next day. We booked 1 day before the festival and a couple days after, and it was such a nice space that we wished we could've booked a few more days. Another plus was that it was easy and inexpensive to Uber back and forth from the venue. We really loved the wraparound balcony and being high up on the 3rd floor with an amazing view of the ocean, and I found it hard not to stay in the wonderful swinging chair the entire time :) The grounds are well maintained and absolutely gorgeous with lots of pretty palms and flowering plants. The layout was spacious and full of shelving and nooks and crannies to spread out a bit with your luggage. Very comfy furniture, lots of room for 2 people to relax, and a very comfortable bed. I got my ocean fix, thank you!

Nice place on the third floor. just a short 20 minute walk to town. It's a good location and you get some exercise walking to town which is great.

An absolutely beautiful place to stay. We were in San Jose for a wedding and this place was the perfect location to stay. The villa was perfect and just like the pictures. The view sitting on back porch is outstanding. The view at night seeing the city lights and hearing the waves crash was so peaceful. We really enjoyed the infinity pool at the villas. Had the pool to ourselves and perfect location to watch the golfers. We did pay for option to the beach club and it was very nice. Used Uber to get there and back. It is about a 3/4 mile walk but coming back is all up hill. You can rent a golf cart from an off-site location but Uber was better price. Uber drivers park outside of main gate waiting on calls so we never had to wait long for drivers. We ate most meals in town and about a 10 min drive. Also, place is very safe as you have to go thru 2 security gates to get to villa. If we ever come back to San Jose del Cabo we will definitely stay here.
