It's a small practical and humble kinda old little house with wooden ceilings, like a cabin and everything you need therefore you will feel at home. Beaches like Boqueron, Buye, Combate, La Playuela ("Playa Sucia") & Joyudas are a 10 to 25 minutes drive. My place is in front of one of the towns main roads, close to the Townsquare & it's minutes away from restaurants, Mayagüez Mall, a Movie Theater & more! Ideal for couples, small family or close friends.

We stayed for 4 nights. Navigating to the property was difficult as the physical address did not lead us to the correct place several times initially (ended up having to copy and paste the latitude and longitude into google maps) but once we found it everything was great. It is about 1.5 hours from San Juan, but we made the commute at all hours of day and night just fine. The place was clean and the pool and hot tub were amazing to relax in day and night. There is a gate that you must physically leave your vehicle to manually open. I also had not realized that the property is actually a duplex. The interior is small but fit our needs. I’d consider it a bit pricy for the size of living space, you are really just paying for the tranquility and views from the hot tub and pool. Do not pay for a snorkel excursion! We bought our own gear ($25/person) and went snorkeling with sea turtles at nearby Punta Borinquen Beach. It was the most beautiful beach in PR. We had a wonderful time!
