We had a great experience with hosting. The house is super spacious, well located and serves a large family very well. Ciro was very helpful and kind every time we needed him. God willing, we'll stay again more often.

The flat corresponds to the ad, all very organized and clean. Great location. The hostess is super kind and helpful, was very welcoming during our stay. I recommend it!

Ana Luísa was super helpful at all times. The entrance to the building and the apartment is facilitated with a virtual key and the proactivity of Ana Luísa was great to guide us when we had doubts. The apartment is beautifully decorated and has a very good cabinet space, including in the bedroom. We had a few one-off issues that were quickly resolved. The only issue that is not related to the apartment itself, but to the empty land next to it and the works of the city hall, was that one of the guests was a smoker and needed to go to the street to smoke. The works and the empty terrain left the street empty at night, and a little erma. Other than that, everything was just great.

Everything is great! The host is very kind and attentive. The flat is very cozy and well equipped. Just compliments…😍😍

Eric’s place was very clean and comfortable, a short walk from the beach, and a short drive to restaurants, shopping, more beaches, tourist locations, and everything you could want while on vacation in Joao Pessoa. Eric was very responsive and helpful throughout our entire stay. We had a great time and highly recommend!

Starting with the hosts, Marcio and Cristina are fantastic, attentive, careful, welcome with attention, suggest places, restaurants, beaches! The house is wonderful, clean, cozy, spacious and well cared for! We will definitely return !

The location is excellent. The flat met expectations. The only negative point was that the address of the property in the app was different from the correct address. The locator was passed on to me on the day. Since I didn't know that, I wasted time (I had to call the host). Other than that, I recommend it 100%..

Wonderful accommodation! The apartment is extremely clean and comfortable. The well-equipped kitchen, very secure, outdoor area is fantastic and with direct access to the beach. Fabio was super solicito and polite. Estadia was amazing. I recommend it to everyone.

Excellent accommodation, exactly as shown in the photos, the host was her sister Veronica, very attentive. I found the location of Poço beach itself to be great, easy access and offers varied typical foods. The apartment is close to the mall, but by car! Overall it was a great stay and we can return. A beautiful, fragrant, clean, airy, super well located apartment. Brunna is super attentive. Everything is perfect. We have investments in Intermares and we will return more often to monitor the progress of the works. And, of course, we will stay with Rosarita again.

Best location in João Pessoa

I would like to record my dissatisfaction with some situations experienced in the condominium: * Lack of understanding and dialogue on the part of the trustee; * excessive restriction on the use of laundry, requiring scheduling even when the space is unoccupied and depending on the owner of the apt to schedule * Smoking in the pool area, even though it is completely open and empty; * Unfounded charges and enforcement of fines without plausible justification; * Receiving a fine when quickly entering the condominium with my small dogs, the reason alleged was the presence of a large dog on the street; * Collection of a value considered abusive for an ozone treatment, supposedly to eliminate cigarette smell. I ask that these issues be analyzed with more empathy and common sense, seeking collective well-being and a more fair and balanced coexistence for all the condominiums.

Excellent accommodation, super satisfied with the stay. Super attentive owner to our requests, I'll be back more often for sure!!!

The view , ideal location , facing the sea but a quieter part and at the same time close to good restaurants in the Jardim Oceania neighborhood. Close to the Bessa grill for evening shows. Pretty decor, well-equipped ,even a dishwasher.

A really amazing place, everything was described in the announcement, communication with Ulysses was top quality, always responded quickly, extremely kind and polite. De Intermares I have nothing to talk about because I am suspicious, but of the simply perfect apartment, privacy note mil, cleaning and especially security. Swimming pool and gourmet area. I intend to return yes, without a doubt. I had wonderful days, it was just a perfect stay!

Accommodation with a great location in Cabedelo, Intermares. Super functional space for a couple. All as described on the listing. Super nice, polite and courteous flat staff. We rent bicycles (interbikes cabedelo with Aguinaldo and Dona Auxiliadora, super sweet, I recommend) for getting around between some beaches, such as Poço and Camboinha. Flat has a bicycle rack. We hope to return soon . Amazing days. Just come
