Marina's space is really spacious, cozy, well-lit and airy. Our family and friends loved everything — especially the tranquility of the building and neighborhood. The beach, which is a few meters away, is delightful. I highly recommend it and we will definitely return!

Luciana's flat experience was perfect! The space corresponds to what is advertised and surprises. Impeccable furniture and cleaning, essential accessories and utensils, stunning ocean views and ideal footage. My husband and I, we feel at home, it's clear that they take care of the flat with great affection. Luciana is very kind and super solicitous, as is Mr. Rafael, host, who was available for any eventuality and gave us all the necessary instructions. The region is perfect for those who want quiet with a foot in the sand. The flat is close to the main avenue of Intermares where you can find all types of commerce, besides being close to the Bessa neighborhood, which gives access to João Pessoa. We just have to say thank you, it was a wonderful experience.

Wonderful stay. Everything was clean, new and organized. Everything worked. Full kitchen, high quality bed linens and bathrooms. Very well decorated and comfortable. I'll be back other times.

Ana Luísa was super helpful at all times. The entrance to the building and the apartment is facilitated with a virtual key and the proactivity of Ana Luísa was great to guide us when we had doubts. The apartment is beautifully decorated and has a very good cabinet space, including in the bedroom. We had a few one-off issues that were quickly resolved. The only issue that is not related to the apartment itself, but to the empty land next to it and the works of the city hall, was that one of the guests was a smoker and needed to go to the street to smoke. The works and the empty terrain left the street empty at night, and a little erma. Other than that, everything was just great.

Wonderful location, small and useful, very well-equipped kitchen. Great location, great pool, the building has a laundry room which made it a lot easier, and also a restaurant with very fair prices. Anyway, we love it, and if we come back we'll stay there again.

Excellent accommodation, exactly as shown in the photos, the host was her sister Veronica, very attentive. I found the location of Poço beach itself to be great, easy access and offers varied typical foods. The apartment is close to the mall, but by car! Overall it was a great stay and we can return. Accommodation with a great location in Cabedelo, Intermares. Super functional space for a couple. All as described on the listing. Super nice, polite and courteous flat staff. We rent bicycles (interbikes cabedelo with Aguinaldo and Dona Auxiliadora, super sweet, I recommend) for getting around between some beaches, such as Poço and Camboinha. Flat has a bicycle rack. I lived in João Pessoa for a while and now I brought my husband to meet. We researched MANY places to stay and this was what caught our attention. It was a unique experience, the host is extremely helpful, it met all our needs and the reception when we arrived was unlike anything I've ever seen in my life. The room view is BEAUTIFUL, and it's an excellent place to stay here. Voltaria many times and stay again! You can book without concern!
