Located in Cabasse, this 140 m2 detached house can accommodate 10 people (option +4 on request) On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen and a living room overlooking a large terrace with unobstructed views of the village, a laundry room with washing machine and a toilet. On the 1st floor, 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet. Outside, our villa has: A summer kitchen with a gas BBQ, a 4 m x 9 m swimming pool with terrace, jacuzzi, hammocks, petanque court, a large space in restanque without overlooking.

We are located a good hour from Nice, 45 minutes from Fréjus, 35 minutes from Lake Sainte Croix, and the Verdon Gorges. Many nearby walks are accessible. Very concerned about our beautiful planet, we have decided to offer you eco-friendly accommodation that respects the environment: dry toilet, walk-in shower (thank you for being economical with water).

Are you looking for peace and relaxation from everyday life? Relax in our small, Provençal stone house in an idyllic SECLUDED LOCATION. Enjoy the tranquility and relax in the hot tub on the terrace. The hot tub is for your exclusive use. The jacuzzi is heated continuously from about 9:30 in the morning to 10:30 pm in the evening at 38 C . The hot tub is not covered, so you can enjoy the view of the stars in the open air.

A unique place to spend good times with family or friends. Spacious and comfortable house; the bedrooms are upstairs, and the living area is on the ground floor. You will find the comfort of modernity beautifully integrated into an old Provençal house. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms so that everyone is comfortable. A dining area is reserved for you near the pool in a shaded garden.
