Condo vacation rentals in Cabarete

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, and the entire property is beautifully maintained. The presence of a pool and security personnel gave an added sense of comfort and relaxation throughout the stay. The beds were very comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and the kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped with everything we needed — it really felt like a home away from home. The host was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed — truly outstanding hospitality. The billing for electricity was simple and transparent, which made the whole process completely stress-free. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and worry-free stay. I would definitely come back! Thanks so much for having us.

This place was beyond expectations, here are the Pros and Cons: Pros: you have Ocean Views from the balcony, so the home is on the higher side of the island and that’s how you get breathtaking views of the ocean but not ocean Front. The home is less than 5 minutes drive to the beach which is literally down the street, but we took the car because the kids would be exhausted after surfing. Very safe home and a guard at the gate from 4 pm until the morning, so we would go to sleep knowing all is well. Even though we felt safe from the start due the vibe and warmth of the people who live there 😎 People that live in that condo building or the host which lives close by are just so lucky, this was the most calming experience and eco friendly place I have ever been to! And I have to mention the very pleasant locals and lots lots of international people that made this area their forever home. I will for sure be back with our family, we all fell in love! This space is perfect! Very spacious, sparkling clean, and with all the amenities you could want or need. The outdoor space is also fantastic and well-maintained. Communication was excellent and all of our questions were answered quickly. The location could not be better, with easy access to the beach and all of the restaurants Cabarete has to offer. You should definitely stay here, you won’t be disappointed!

Wonderful spot, very well located, extremely easy check-in/check-out process. This is my second time reserving this apartment, and Jose has been incredibly accommodating to last-minute changes requested due to a family emergency. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Will be back!

The location of this apartment is unbeatable. You can leave your gear outside in the porch, and walk to the water to kite or wing so easily. There is a restaurant between the apartment and the water, making it super convenient to grab food. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The Internet was quick and reliable, and the air conditioning very effective. Some things about the apartment could be improved: 1) there is a weird smell, potentially coming from the washer, 2) the microwave is broken, 3) the hot water in the shower was inconsistent, and 4) it's not super private and there is a security guard in front 24/7. I would've liked to know before arriving how important it is to bring cash, as most restaurants we went to (including the one on the premises) don't accept credit cards. Stefan was great at providing information about conditions to do the sport, and extremely responsive to our needs! I'd suggest reading the FAQ of the yoga place next door for other useful info!

Linka was outstanding with communication! And so was the local property manager, Cyril. So friendly and we asked so many questions and they would answer immediately. The beach setting and apartment complex is just as pictured on the site. It is on the quiet edge of Kite beach and we often saw only a few other people walking or swimming at the beach or pool. The grounds were very clean and tidy and the community was small but guarded. That said we were so safe. The water and sand were beautiful and we loved taking long walk in both directions. One way you could walk about 40 minutes and be in Cabarete for little shops and restaurants. The road doesn’t have a good shoulder and the traffic is busy. Lots of motorcycles and cars passing each other and we were so glad to not drive! We hired Alcides, the best taxi driver that Linka recommended and he became a special part of our vacation. We called on him many times for adventures to different places that we wanted to explore. We had a blast!

I loved the place, everything was very clean and beautiful, the accommodations were in good condition, the pool was very nice, and the beach was a bit rough for swimming, but it’s a wonderful place to relax and spend time with family.

Everything was just like the photos online. The apartment is conveniently (In my opinion) located side by side with a bakery for your morning coffee and also next to Banco popular for quick and easy cash withdrawals. The unit is walking distance to the beach and all its lovely restaurants. The bed is comfortable, bathroom and front terrace are excellent. The AC in the bedrooms were perfect after the long days at the beach. Would definitely recommend.

The place is clean and The location is perfect , 1 block from rumba but it’s In the cut so you can be low key , the only reason I won’t be staying there again is because I’m done with sosua yall boys can have it

We really enjoyed our stay at Nairobi's place. The place was very clean, quiet/peaceful, comfortable and close a 3 min drive to Cabarete city center. Two things to note: 1) There's a lot of construction in the area, which I think takes away from the beauty of place on first approach, but you do not hear construction noise inside the apartment. 2) Please do note that the beach, while accessible, has very strong currents and waves so you do not see anyone actually in it. This place offers really good value and I recommend it if you are okay with the caveats above.

I loved Hilarys place, so oraceful and private, just what I was looking for. gorgeous front view..of the ocean. nice surroundings, beautiful foliage. Hilary is such a responsive helpful host. would definitely stay again!!!

The Airbnb was in a great location. The owner communicated well and supported all my needs. The best part was the convenience of the nearby restaurant, pools, and 24-hour security. I highly recommend it—10/10.

Excellent place for those on a budget. Clean and safe. Beautiful grounds and pool. Groundskeeper Manual and administrator Jessica super to deal with and owner Matthew a phone call away if any issues! Apartment is cozy and has all the basics. We enjoyed our stay!

The apartment has plenty of space and is very secure. Also, the apartment is within walking distance to a very nice Sirena supermarket. I would not consider the apartment to be in downtown Sosua, you will not hear a lot of noise and it will take 2 or 3 more streets of walking/quick driving to get to downtown Sosua.

We absolutely loved this condo! It was even nicer and more spacious than we were anticipating, and felt so homey. Lindsay also made us feel extremely comfortable staying here, always answering in a very quick, helpful, and friendly manor whenever I had to message her about something! The location was so perfect, very close to all necessities, beautiful locations, and amazing food - which Lindsay also shared great recommendations with me for! We loved this airbnb and its location and are honestly envious we don't own a home there ourselves! I would love to return someday that I get the chance to. Thank you so much for the incredible hospitality enabling our amazing experience in Cabarete!

I was familiar with the area and the complex. I'd stayed in the neighbouring unit a few times and down the road. It's quiet. Easily walkable into town and to the beaches. Great little breakfast spot just next door. Cheap. Good food. Christopher and his property manager Yessica were quick to respond to a few questions. There was a slight issue with the AC that was quickly resolved with no problems. The unit has Interent that was typically around 15-5. Fridge is apartment sized with a full freezer. Instant On hot water. I don't need much and this unit was exactly what I needed. Would definitely book again.
