This place was great. Timothy and Fred were both very responsive and gave great information about the apartment and surroundings area. Everything is in walking distance. At this place your right in the middle of the action. Water pressure in the shower could be better but other than that is place is perfect. Will definitely be staying here again!

I had an excellent stay at Michelle’s. The studio has everything (including a desk and fast Internet, and a water fountain). I really enjoyed the green space, pool and the location - not far from Encuentro’s entrance, a few minutes to the bakery and a nice 15min walk to the beach (convenient for surfers). I would totally happily stay there again.

Excellent host I couldn’t ask for more. I couldn’t believe the unbelievable service they gave us. We were a little lost at first because I wasn’t having Internet and they came out and met us at the property. She also gave me a chart to re-tray and a free fruit basket that was beautiful. The apartment smelled excellent. Everything was beautiful. Everything looked new. I couldn’t have asked for anything more.

The accommodation was completely as described. All the things that came up, she resolved very quickly, which I liked very much is the question of when the cleaners could come by, which I experience as very pleasant. That's very nice when you're somewhere for the first time. The apartment was completely fine for our family, with air conditioning and two bathrooms. The balcony was lovely to sit with sea views. The provided outside the apartment within the complex are also good (beach beds on the terrace, water for rinsing off kit material) , lawn where you can cool off.

Our stay here was absolutely perfect. The place is exactly as pictured, so clean, beautiful, and spacious, with all the amenities we needed. The location is excellent and walkable to shops and restaurants and a gorgeous beach just a two minute walk away. The pool is huge and the whole property is just stunning. We are already planning to come back! Truly a luxurious stay.

Marie’s place is modern, secure, clean, comfortable, spacious and walkable to everything you will need. All amenities work well and everything is as advertised. Beds are comfortable and I enjoyed relaxing on the nice balcony. Complex has a nice pool and a easy checkin and out process and Marie’s communication and attention to details is superb and I highly recommend her place to anyone visiting the area.

From the beginning Donny and David were excellent communicators. Their place is beautiful. The location and the view are magical. If you’re lucky enough to stay at their condo you will know what I mean.

Really nice, and very new place. Beautiful view of the water and tropical fields and a very nice balcony to sit on. I've stayed in other places, and this is more modern than most in the town. The host was very accommodating. The place was comfortable and large, and also had all the good amenities/appliances (blender, coffee, fridge, microwave, pots/pans etc). I would definitely look this place up first if I needed a place to stay again.

We stayed for three weeks at the apartment of Marie-Helene and had the best time! We came mainly to work there, for what the apartment is perfect for: fast internet, extra desk in the sleeping room, big balcony with a view of the sea with enough space for two people to work and shade from 10am on so we mostly worked outside the whole time. The location of the apartment couldn't be better: right next to the beach, a pool for all the apartments to use which got cleaned every day, two restaurants, a bar and a cafe right around the corner, fruit and vegetables to buy just down the road. AC worked perfectly and a huge bonus was the water filter inside the fridge - fresh and cool water to drink all the time without having to buy and carry it. Definitely recommend staying here if you want to work, but also perfect if you come to kitesurf or just want to enjoy the beach :)

The views from this third floor apartment are fabulous! It's nice to see the ocean from both the living room and the bedroom. The space is nicely furnished and decorated. The shared bathroom, (accessed by walking through either bedroom) is large. Both bedrooms have AC, the living room doesn't and it can get a bit hot. The kitchen has everything you need, including a variety of pots and pans. Just be sure to bring your own basics (oil, salt, pepper). You can buy 5Gallon water containers at reception area for 75 pesos. We used the laundromat across the street for our personal items. We appreciated the weekly apartment cleanings that were included in the price. Morning Breeze is close to all the beach restaurants on the main strip. The shaded carpark was a bonus. Karla is a lovely host and is quick to respond to any message. The only real issue we had is that the apartment smelt like stale cigarette smoke. even after staying for a month and leaving the doors open every day.

Excellent. The location, the view, the condominium, the access. Everything was great. I would stay again.
