Please note that for LAST MINUTE bookings it cannot be offered to be ready for the scheduled check-in time. IN ACCORDANCE WITH SPANISH LAW, ALL GUESTS STAYING IN A TOURIST FLAT ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE THE ONLINE REGISTRATION SENT SINCE THE BOOKING CONFIRMATION. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS OBLIGATION WILL ENTITLE US TO CANCEL THE BOOKING WITHOUT ANY COMPENSATION FOR THE CLIENT. Noisy parties and gatherings are strictly forbidden. The beds and towels are made up for the number of persons indicated in the reservation. It is not permitted to accommodate more people than indicated in the booking. Turn off the lights and air conditioning before leaving the flat. Please take out the rubbish every day, especially during the summer months. Leave the house tidy before you leave. Be respectful of the house, I expect the best from you. In the event that you forget any belongings in the accommodation, it is your responsibility to take care of them. Although we undertake to keep the room for a limited period of time, you must send someone on your behalf to collect it. It is important that you notify us of the lost property and inform you that it will be collected from a different location than the accommodation.

Bright, south-facing home in a quiet central neighborhood, just 600 meters from Retiro Park. Fun and original, with an industrial-chic vibe, this 160 m² house has lots of natural light, a small garden, and a private parking spot. Downstairs there’s a large open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area (about 70 m² / 750 sq ft), with underfloor heating and AC in every room. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we provide bed linens, towels, and all the basics you’ll need for a comfortable stay. You’ll also find a small private gym on this floor. Upstairs are the three bedrooms: • The main bedroom has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and a private bathroom. • The second bedroom also has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and shares a bathroom with the third room. • The third bedroom, which is the smallest, has a trundle bed (90 x 200 cm). It can be pulled out to create two single beds (90 x 200 cm each), placed very close together—ideal for two kids or two people who are comfortable sharing close space.
