Encantador apartamento para 2

Charming apartment for 2 in central Madrid. It is very bright, with 5 balconies overlooking Argumosa street. It is located in the quietest part of the street, 250m from the Lavapiés metro, 250m from the Reina Sofía Museum and a 10 min walk from Atocha train station, where, among others, the Airport Express Shuttle arrives. It's a 2º floor without elevator. The mattress is new and very comfy, and there are blackout curtains in the bedroom. There's no Air Conditioning, but there is a portable fan.

l'appartamento di Laura è davvero piccolo ma è organizzato molto bene: letto comodo, cucina perfetta, bagno comodissimo. Siccome era una giornata caldissima Laura ci ha fatto trovare la casa fresca. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la sua gentilezza e disponibilità. Sotto casa passano gli autobus per qualsiasi destinazione e la metro non è lontana. In ogni caso la posizione è strategica. Ci ritornerò

Nos alojamos una semana, ya que fui a Madrid por una cirugía por salud y necesitábamos un lugar cómodo y tranquilo, que no fuese agobiante para no sentirnos encerrados. El lugar cumplió todas las expectativas, con su amplia terraza, salón cocina grandes y muy iluminados, baño privado en el dormitorio principal, cocina equipada con todo lo necesario. Sentimos que elegimos el lugar perfecto. Aunque por la situación no pudimos disfrutar de ellos, el edificio contaba con gimnasio, zona chill out, piscina, solarium,.... Un edificio moderno y perfecto en el que alojarse.

Our stay at Gonzalo’s air bnb was very comfortable for our family of 5. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Having two bathrooms was great. Metro stop is close by to get downtown.

I am a remote worker and I was looking for roommate set-up with a private bathroom for around 6 weeks. Victoria and Alba´s apartment worked perfect for me. The bed, desk, and chair were very comfortable, and the room had AC. Wifi worked great as well. Additionally, sharing the kitchen was never an issue. The owners make you feel it is your kitchen, too. Location is great too, just 2 metro stops from El Sol. The owners are very friendly but also respectful of your privacy. The dogs are relatively quite as well. I would come back again! Doble high loft with garden in top LOC city centre

I had a wonderful stay at Felipe’s place. The location was perfect, close to the center yet surprisingly peaceful. The apartment itself is lovely, with a beautiful garden in the back that made it feel like a hidden retreat. Also, Felipe has filled the space with unique and inspiring pieces, it added such a special touch to the experience! I truly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a charming, creative, and relaxing stay.
