Monthly Rentals in Bywater, New Orleans

My partner and I stayed for a month here and wish we could’ve stayed longer. Thom is an excellent host and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and at home. The place is beautiful and is right by the Quarter. There’s so much to do just in walking distance. Thom provided us with a packet filled with a ton of helpful information and recommendations. This is the best place to stay, if you are visiting New Orleans! Anytime we come back, we will be booking with Thom first.

So cute! So clean! I’m particular about cleaning practices, and I enjoyed being barefoot here! Many thoughtful touches- the local chips and beer were a welcomed snack after our travels. Loved the binder with detailed info about the place and things to see and do in the city. Highly recommend Bacchanal-casual outdoor wine spot with live music! We walked there and the food was amazing! Bywater American Bistro was wonderful. Bywater Bakery was right down the street, the chantilly strawberry cake was to die for. There’s a bar literally across the street. Saturday evening was a little loud, but it didn’t bother us too much (noise machines provided) only wish I wasn’t too tired to join the fun! The yard is like a little oasis. I put pillows in the LR window and a towel in the shower window for more privacy. BR mirror and lighting aesthetic is lovely, but not great for makeup. Despite the outward appearance of some spots, we felt safe and everyone was very kind.

Very comfortable place to stay in a great location, convenient to everything. Many places to eat, drink, and have fun within a short walk, or short drive. It even had good and easy street parking. Emily and her family were responsive and communicative. They live in the back of the same house which has been subdivided, but I don’t think we ever even heard each other or were aware of someone else in proximity. Kitchenette is tiny but nice to have, bathroom shower is modern and spacious, beds are comfortable. I hope to return the next time I stay in New Orleans.

We had a terrific stay in New Orleans at this adorable and comfy Airbnb! The home was clean, easy to find and perfect for a getaway to NOLA. Will definitely recommend to friends and return again!
