I hope that this 100-year-old house with a detached building, veranda, and 190 ㎡ tatami mat room, will be a place where you can feel the importance of the people who are close to you by spending a relaxing time in an atmosphere that feels like returning to your grandparents' house. It can accommodate up to 10 people, so you can enjoy your own private space, not just for families, but also for groups. The garden is also 190 ㎡. You can barbecue, and your children and dogs can run around and free their minds. You can bring your dog inside and let it sleep with you. Children and dogs will have more fun moving their bodies and freeing their minds than talking, so please let them run around indoors and outdoors. It is on a road with a view of the sea, about a 3-minute walk from the inn. We recommend going to see the morning sun while listening to the sound of the waves and the chirping of the birds. Toyosato City, where the inn is located, is a forest therapy base. Forget the hustle and bustle of everyday life and listen to your heart with both the inn and forest therapy. This Villa does not provide meals or ingredients. There are few places to eat out at night in the neighborhood, so cooking is recommended. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking appliances, utensils, dishes, etc. There are also several hot springs within a 10-minute drive. * BBQ in the garden from late April to early October. We do not recommend it at other times of the year because it is too cold. The stove in the garden is available for free. We will prepare a set of BBQ supplies for ¥2,500. Bringing your own is free. Not available in rainy weather due to lack of roof. You can have a barbecue indoors, but you will be charged ¥2,000 for special cleaning. We will prepare a barbecue plate if you request it.

The building, which has been around for nearly 120 years, has been a vacant house for nearly 40 years. Once loved by neighborhood children who came to study and play, this building was renovated. Returning to its original form, it was reborn as "Fukuchi no Yado Kafu yori-toko". The name "yori-toko" is based on the owner's desire for this place to continue to be a warm place where people can gather, just as it was once a popular "place to gather". With foundation work and insulation, it has become a comfortable home for the current climate.

You can also enjoy the free-range chicken eggs on the premises and our special homemade miso.
