Sweet Deluxe Studio

My place is about a mile and a half away from the University and Hospital. Downtown is about a 10 minute drive. Lower Bidwell Park is near downtown. Cable TV with HBO and TCM movie channels plus some sports channels. Smoking is allowed outside on the patio only. I like to rent to long term guests, which is why I give a discount for a month, and prefer to rent for 3 months. Many traveling nurses, physical therapist, occupational therapist have stayed for their typical 13 week assignment.

Downtown location close to farmers markets, restaurants/bars, antique shops, museums, Feather River, fishing, hiking, Oroville Dam, casinos & much more. Smart tv in the living room with Direct tv and smart tv in the bedroom. Outside patio chairs under covered porch with ash trays for outside smokers.
