Great location, beautiful home and grounds. My nieces loved all of the animals. Fresh eggs from the chickens was a nice surprise. Amazing host, Michelle makes you feel right at home. Will definitely be returning.

SaxonyView is a quaint little second floor apartment with a sunroom, stocked kitchen, 2 bedrooms & more than enough bathroom linens for a stay! Maryanne is very easy to communicate with & promptly meets a need (if she isn’t able her son is!) simple clean up instructions save money on a larger cleaning fee (always a plus in my book!) A couple minor issues that they promptly helped us address was greatly appreciated. I’d stay here again.

These accommodations were as promised. Nicely located near the center of Grove city, Pennsylvania. The suite was comfortable and very clean. There is a diner across the street with delicious and affordable breakfasts.

We returned again this year. It was nice to stay in a familiar, welcoming place. The kitchen is well equiped making it easy to prepare meals. The open concept living space allowed us to watch TV from all parts of the room. The apartment has a private entrance and was very clean. Our hosts were friendly and answered all our questions. It's located within walking distance to shops and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay.

Had everything that I needed for my trip and was probably cleaner and more quiet than staying at a hotel. Easy parking, nice and working TV’s, the space was very clean, and bed was pretty comfortable. If I ever come back to the area I would stay again!

This place is AMAZING inside and out! Beautiful setting and attention to detail that you never see in Airbnb's! Do not hesitate to book this...you will not regret it! Had a conversation with the person who booked the adjacent space and they shared that it was absolutely beautiful as well! Definitely not your average Airbnb, and my friends, family and I have stayed in many all over the states and this has to be the nicest one so far, hands down. Can't say enough good things about this place! Thank you for such a great stay!

We really enjoyed our time in Prospect. The space is beautiful and was plenty of room for the three of us. Jacob was a responsive and attentive host. This is a great place to stay if you are attending events in Butler or surrounding towns.

Beautiful house that was well kept and clean! We used it to get ready for our wedding and it provided a great place for pictures and all hanging out together!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & highly recommend Dave’s quaint, well stocked & inviting home for anyone looking to stay in a quiet little neighborhood for a quick little getaway. His extra touches such as a sweet handwritten note, very well stocked refrigerator, chocolate candies and all the convenience of being away from home, truly made our stay totally delightful! Noelle’s place was absolutely wonderful! Exactly like the pictures and amazingly clean! The area is nice and quiet with beautiful views! The house had everything we needed, especially in the kitchen! It was so cute, and if you love aesthetic vibes… this is definitely the place to stay! Noelle really thought of everything! We will definitely consider staying again!! ❤️🫶🏼

Nice location overall, fairly close to a lot of good areas and nice neighborhood. Alex was a great host, very communicative. Good for 3 couples and some kids.

We, our group of 6 adults, enjoyed the clean and cozy house & hot tub, beautiful views, fishing, relaxing & exploring surrounding towns. Lots to do and explore. Sue is an exceptional host with an eye for detail. We felt so comfortable and at home here. We will be back again.

The home is only about an hour away from Pittsburgh. The home is kept clean and everything is in wonderful working order. can't say enough good things about this stay
