We built it with much love and fun in a creative, organic way from recycled, found and donated materials. The tiny house is simple and sits like a small paradise in the middle of a residential area. Under the care of a Pine tree and with enough basic elements in kitchen, house and own private garden you can feel relaxed safe and happy Near nature and Amsterdam!

Farm Cottage Eemnes 30 min from Amsterdam

It is a lovely detached cottage with air conditioning with all the comforts in a very rural setting in the spacious garden of our farm from 1703. It has 2 spacious bedrooms, a living room, spacious kitchen with all appliances and on the ground floor a spacious bathroom with a separate laundry room with washer and dryer. A puppy nursery is located on the property. The entire property is located in Eemnes. Only 30 minutes by car from Amsterdam and Utrecht and the bus stops almost at the door.

Windmill close to Amsterdam!!

Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

Cozy 'Dutch Style' Loft in Hilversum

A very cozy self-contained studio, right in the center of Hilversum. We are 5 min walk from the shopping area and station and 20 min from Amsterdam by train. We offer a quiet private loft bedroom (Dutch style) with double bed. On the lower floor is a private bathroom with toilet, a living room and an area for tea/coffee/ microwave. Television and WIFI are available. Our neighbourhood hosts many excellent bars/restaurants and just around the corner there's a great forest for nice walks.

On ground floor, complete with private bathroom & toilet, separate entry, washing machine, and a small pantry with electric kettle, fridge, coffee maker, sandwich maker and a microwave. The guest house has NO kitchen and NO breakfast. The supermarkets, restaurants, city center, bus station, and train stations are within short walking distance. There is NO FREE PARKING nearby.

A well-equipped kitchen, including oven, dishwasher and microwave. Upstairs two bedrooms and bathroom with bathtub, shower and second toilet. Provided with fine towels and rituals bath, shower essentials. Washer and dryer are in separate room, all are available for use. Behind the house a sunny, spacious garden. 2 bicycles are ready for use.

A supermarket is just 20 meters away for any necessities. Bussum Zuid train station is also (5 minute walk) nearby, making Amsterdam and Utrecht only 30 minutes away from our guesthouse. Discover the local gems as well, such as Naardenvesting, a historic town with unique monuments and cozy cafés.

Please note that the address is Achter Raadhoven 45A, a green garden door, and not Achter Raadhoven 45, where our neighbor lives. De Boomgaard (The Orchard) is in the walled garden of an 18th-century house on the legendary Vecht River, where Dutch country life was born. The b&b is a complete cottage of great charm and comfort. Guests have their own entrance, with free parking a few steps from the door. They have their own entirely private bathroom and kitchen.

Superb thatched guesthouse with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Just 20-25 minutes from Amsterdam and Utrecht and in the heart of 'Het Gooi' within walking distance of the center of Laren. The guesthouse has a spacious living /dining room downstairs, a kitchen and a study room. Upstairs there are two spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms. The guesthouse has a private and beautifully landscaped garden with several seating areas and a barbecue.

Studio, 3 persons, 5 minute walk from Hilversum CS

No additional costs for cleaning, bed linen, towels, etc. Spacious studio with fully equipped kitchen. Double king size electric box spring (not yet in photo), bunk bed and spacious sofa to rest on after your trip or to sleep on. 20 minutes by train to Amsterdam and Utrecht. Schiphol 30 minutes. 55 inch TV with Netflix, Disney plus, TED TV, etc. (not yet in the photos.)
