Cabin vacation rentals in Busselton

Had such a beautiful time at the cabin, myself and my now husband got eloped, it holds a very special place in our hearts. It is such a nice time of year to visit the cabin, we enjoy the crisp mornings and nights. It’s lovely sitting out and watching the sheep, indulging in the bath, and star gazing! Will definitely be visiting again

We can’t speak highly enough of our stay here, we got there later than expected and Lee sent us a message just to check we were safe. He was there in arrival and explained everything and was super friendly. The cabin was nothing but perfect! We got up in the morning to meet Lee to feed the animals, a must do!! Luckily he’d had some lambs born early hours of that morning so that was lovely. You have free range to walk around his property which is beautiful. Nice coffee machine for a coffee on a morning. Would suggest bringing food with you as we found it was hard to get groceries of our choice in Nannup and the choices to eat dinner wasn’t to big. Nannup is also lovely to walk around through the day, nice shops and places to get lunch. Lee also gave us things to do close by. DEFINITELY TAKE LOTS OF CARROTS AND FEED FROM BUNBURY FARMERS MARKET. Thank you so so much to Lee and the family, we can’t wait to be back!

We had a very peaceful long weekend in this comfortable and well-appointed chalet, Petra Olive 3. The rainwater showers were nice and hot, amenities were spot on, the view was idyllic, and its a short drive to local landmarks like Caves House and Smiths Beach. Further afield, Margaret River and Busselton are about 35 mins drive either side. Parking is right out front. The chalet inside was immaculately clean and clutter free, which is important when staying with our two small dogs. We brought their travel beds/crates with us and there was plenty of room to set them up. We especially enjoyed watching the kangaroos, rabbits and birds amongst the olive groves and paddocks outside the window. Yes, there is roo poo on the ground, but there are gravel driveways and pathways to walk your dogs around the property, so it can be easily avoided. In fact, being in such close proximity to wildlife is a calling card of this beautiful rural location. We would definitely stay here again!

The Batch was so lovely. Perfect location just outside of Dunsborough town - close enough to get everything you'd need but the property still felt like a calm and quiet escape. The place itself was also great and felt like home. Loved hearing the Kookaburras and seeing Kangaroos in the morning as well.

Wonderful find just outside Nannup. Very peaceful, warm and cosy little wooden cabin, surrounded by emus, kangaroos, alpacas and hens. Great hot water pressure, extremely comfortable bed, decent little fridge and a small kitchenette. Cutlery, cookware, glasses and coffee maker. Loved this stay, and meeting Mary the owner added to its charm. A well-travelled, interesting and easy-going woman, competent, warm and friendly without being familiar. Highly recommend this cottage to any future travellers Thanks for having me

We enjoyed our time at Tanya’s place and felt lucky we got to meet the hosts. The recommendations they left us enabled us to explore super nice spots. The place is cozy, and our kids loved spending time in the gigantic backyard and felt spoiled for having home cooked meals and a nice bath while on the road. We just left today, and I already miss the place.

It was a nice peaceful serene county cottage. Not many restaurants around but with facilities to cook our own food and enjoy, rest up. Had photos with Alpacas and Blue Wren. Thank you. 😄

Had a really lovely, peaceful stay here and Mary was so kind and welcoming. The cottage and grounds were beautiful and had lots of relaxing walks in nature with my dog Bowie. Great place to stay with pets and for a little peaceful respite in nature

Most peaceful place I’ve ever been to. Lots to do around the area. Lovely host. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. This place is for peace and quiet away from such a busy world. Loved seeing all the farm animals also. Thanks for having us!

Easily the best place we’ve ever stayed! 8 Paddocks is ultra-modern and beautifully high-end, yet still warm, welcoming, and far from feeling sterile. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered — from the design to the amenities, it’s clear the hosts have gone above and beyond. One of the absolute highlights was the stunning bath on the balcony — I had two a day, soaking in the serenity and the incredible views. The friendly cows were an unexpected delight! They’d wander up to the fence for a carrot and made the whole experience feel even more magical. We truly didn’t want to leave and will be recommending 8 Paddocks to everyone we know. A perfect blend of luxury and charm — we can’t wait to return!

My partner and I loved staying at Estuary Cottage! We had a nice time watching the birds on the feeder and getting cosy with the wood fire, we'd stay again in a heartbeat - it was a perfect peaceful getaway :)

My stay was great, I was even planning to just stop by the site to leave my things and keep getting to know the area but I realized that the site was really nice and I was able to spend more time there to enjoy it, it is very close to a lovely beach, so I was able to take advantage of going to see the sunrise... I really had a different expectation of the site but I managed to get hooked. additional to this everything was impeccable and had just the necessary for your stay. Thanks to the staff who was also very nice!

Cameron and Clare have great vision to have created a such a beautiful destination where you can truly relax and not feel like you have to go far, though so many temping places to visit close by. Villa was super comfortable with high end finishes perched over the glistening lake. Look forward to visiting in winter to make use of the fireplace and tub - a true escape!
