Cannot fault our stay at Nicole's place. great location. comfy house. off street parking. excellent communication. We were stoked with the number of great cafes ans restaurants within walking distance. The kitchen in the house was also very well stocked with everything you could need. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

My family and I had a wonderful 8-day stay at this beautiful apartment with an amazing ocean view. The location was perfect — close to everything we needed, yet peaceful enough to truly relax and unwind. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and had all the amenities to make me feel at home. Waking up to that stunning view every morning was such a treat! The host was very prompt and hospitable, always quick to respond and happy to help with any questions. We truly appreciated the warm welcome and smooth communication throughout our stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with gorgeous views and a caring host. My wife, baby and I had a wonderful stay at Upper Reach! The vineyard was lovely and the cottage was comfortable and spacey. Who also wouldn’t want a wine tasting thrown in? Would recommend to everyone, especially those who love to stay in vineyards!

Agatha is a wonderful and accommodating host . The home is close to the city, cafes and the shops are only a drive away. Easy stroll to the river. On arrival snacks, biscuits, cereal and much more provided. Milk and cold water in the fridge The bed was comfortable. Use of a washing machine and dryer also a clothes line for sunny days. Highly recommend a stay

What a fabulous apartment, with a great view of the Swan River. And also comes with free parking - a rarity in the CBD. Everything was silky smooth with our stay, and the lead-up to our stay. The owner even offered us a complimentary late check-out. The apartment was fantastic and our beds were some of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in. The place was super quiet, and the apartment overall was top-notch. Would stay again without hesitation. Thank you.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Claire's place. The apartment has a very comfortable bed, a functional kitchen and, all appliances that I needed. The washing machine and dryer were very handy. It is located in a very convenient spot as well. The apartment was very clean and Claire was super responsive to messages. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a long-term or short-term stay in Freemantle. 5 stars.

Great place and great location!

This place is just what I was looking for. Balinese inspired home and stunning garden. It was a little touch of Bali in Fremantle. The house itself was just perfect for myself and my husband. The attention to detail of all the Balinese interiors were lovely. From the kitchen handles, to the lotus flower soap dish. Carmen was a great help, explaining were the local shops were and the best prices. We had a lovely chat and had lots of doggie cuddles too. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience and thanks again to our lovely hostess Carmen. I would have taken home the dogs If I could have sneeked them out 😁

Our group of 7 spent 5 nights in Tania's place which was a stone throw away from the gorgeous Cottesloe Beach. Clear instructions were provided for the check in process and there was a detailed manual outlining all aspects of the house. Clean, quiet, safe, comfortable and well equipped for a family vacation! I will highly recommend this great place to anyone who is holiday home with a fantastic view of the Indian Ocean!

We enjoyed our stay very much. the location was perfect, walking distance to Coles, cafes and beautiful parks as well as the zoo. We appreciated the cleanliness of the home. We did have some issues with ants but given other guests comments, this may be a wider strata problem, however it was easily resolved with keeping food items off the counter tops. There is on site parking for one car and the area was quiet. we visited in winter so didn't spend time outside, though I imagine it is lovely in warmer months. Linda provided us a travel cot and highchair which was greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Highly recommend everyone come Perth stay at this place. 1. Location is good , not too far to everywhere . 2. Bed so company , blanket very warm , and whole place very clean . 3. Owner won’t bother you even this bnb is behind their property . But they always reply you very fast if you need any help . 4. Hot water system and heater /aircon working very good . I’m very happy about this stay . Highly recommended!!

It was like staying in your own private art gallery and museum. A comfortable and entertaining retreat after our days exploring Perth. The enclosed courtyard provides an amazing ambience to every level. Excellent accessibility to opus stadium if you are attending events there Has every amenity provided to make your stay easy and enjoyable

This was a delightful home to stay in. The location is very convenient, with shops just around the corner for the essentials. It's also easy to plan a way to get to all the main attractions in Perth whether by car, rideshare services, or public transport. The home itself is set up perfectly, with a very charming and cozy vibe, easy check-in, and a responsive and helpful host. Would not hesitate in recommending this home ☺️

Nicole’s place was comfortable and clean, it was a short drive to the beach, shops and local attractions. The pool was a wonderful addition on the hit days we had. It was quiet and private We will be back whenever we are back in Perth

Absolutely fantastic experience at this gorgeous property. Everything you could ask for ... and more!! Kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with fresh bread, fruit, eggs, cheese, butter & cereals + other essentials. Lovely, responsive hosts. Private off-street parking at entry for our hire car was a huge bonus. Leisurely 20 minute stroll to markets, foreshore & pretty-well everything else! Honestly, hubby & I could not have asked for (nor needed) more!

Jane was a perfect host. We had clear instructions before we traveled and she was around if we needed anything. The location was an ideal base for us to visit family and travel further afield. The property was very well equipped and we felt very much at home in the 35 days we were there. I’d highly recommend Jane and this property.

Great location! Everything we needed was within 10 minute driving distance, close to the beach and lovely area. Evelyn was very welcoming, yet kept discreet distance. We enjoyed our stay and felt that it was reasonably priced too.

We traveled to Perth in June 2025 and it was a great stay in Jo & Gavin apartment. Location was good and short walking distance to Perth City and Kings Park. Various restaurants and eateries place and shopping mall. The hosts were friendly, very responsive and helpful. Will definitely book the apartment again when back to Perth in the near future. Overall we are very satisfied with the place we stay and nice environment. Thanks to Jo &Gavin 😊❤️

Kim's apartment was exactly what we needed for.our stay in Perth. Clean and comfortable, with quick access to train station, beach and restaurants of Mosman Park. Host was very helpful and responsive.

My partner and I spent the long weekend at one of the most beautiful, natural, and charming places we’ve ever visited. The hosts – Sally, Alan, and Mirella – are truly special people: kind, helpful, warm, respectful, and full of joy. We felt very welcomed and cared for from the moment we arrived. We loved the peaceful environment, surrounded by nature, birds, stunning gardens, and beautiful architecture. The space was private, comfortable, and full of thoughtful touches. We especially appreciated the fresh milk, bread, eggs, butter, and jam left in the fridge for us – such a lovely gesture. The kitchen was fully equipped, and every detail was clearly prepared with care. It felt like a healing retreat – exactly what we needed. There are also plenty of things to do around the area, though we were just as happy staying in and soaking up the calm atmosphere. We only wish we could have stayed longer, but we’ll definitely be back. We highly recommend this special place to anyone.

Paula and Linda were some of the best hosts we have experienced! There home was spotless and exactly what was pictured. So homely and just overall such a great place! Linda was very prompt in all her responses to any requests or questions we had. Made for such a great and enjoyable stay. Our favourite Airbnb in Perth! The house was even more stunning than the photos—it truly doesn't do it justice. Spacious, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with kitchen appliances. The bathroom was clean and impressively large. The kids had a blast playing with the giant chess set out front, and we appreciated being able to park two cars in the front porch area. A supermarket is just a 3-minute drive away, with a lovely coffee café next to it—our go-to stop every morning before heading out. One thing to note: the washer and dryer are located in one of the bedrooms. If you're travelling with friends or extended family, this might be a bit inconvenient, especially at night, as you'll need access to someone else's room to do laundry. Still, this house was a highlight of our trip—comfortable, convenient, and absolutely beautiful. We'd love to return!
