Condo vacation rentals in Burj Khalifa Lake

We had a very pleasant stay at Zunaids downtown apartment. Everything was as described and the apartment was fully equipped with all we could need. Omid was also really nice and responsive throughout. Really informative too. The place is also very kid friendly and we will definitely be returning.

Lovella’s place was very nice: private, easy to get to, and surrounded by all things you need during your stay, lots of grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants and there’s a park you can walk by. Lovella and Alex’s attention was great, they were flexible with the check in time, I could work from their place without any sort of issue as well. I loved the kitties, they’re gorgeous!

Second time staying at the apartment and just as flawless of an experience as the first time. Daniella was really responsive and ensured everything went smoothly.

My hosts were definitely super hosts. They thought of all then possible needs of whoever would stay at their place. The place itself was well kept and was just perfect for me. I would highly recommend the host and apartment.

It was everything we expected. It was comfortable, well located, and the common amenities were great. Furat was extremely prompt at all points to help with anything at all and we really enjoyed our stay.

Pros: • Perfect location: just a 5-minute walk to Dubai Mall and 7 minutes to Burj Khalifa. • The building has a swimming pool and a gym. • The apartment is modern and well-furnished. • Fully equipped kitchen with plenty of dishes. • Everything was clean and tidy. • Very clean and crisp bed linen. • Beautiful view of the Burj Khalifa from the balcony. • Upon check-in, there were several bottles of drinking water provided for each guest. • The management team was always responsive and helpful — they assisted us with things like the washing machine, dryer, and power adapters. • The check-in process was smooth and well-coordinated. • The managers kindly allowed us to check in a bit earlier than scheduled, which was a huge help after our long and exhausting flight from Argentina. Cons: • The bathroom in the master bedroom had a small leak, but the team assured us it would be fixed right after our departure. • There were no laundry pods provided, though that might be considere

Our stay at the apartment in Dubai was absolutely fantastic! It exceeded our expectations in every way. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The furniture was tidy and comfortable. There were a few minor signs of use, but that’s totally normal for a holiday apartment and didn’t bother us at all. The view was phenomenal – overlooking the Marina Walk, it was truly breathtaking. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back!

I stayed at Nadeem’s place for 4 nights and it was a wonderful experience overall. The apartment is located at a very nice and main location in JBR residences area which is just 5 mins away from JBR beach and bla bla club. The nearest tram station is quite close as well which made commute easy. There are lots of supermarkets around the apartment to help you with any required items. The view from balcony is breathtaking and scenic. Nadeem was very responsive throughout the stay and helped with multiple queries before arriving as well. Overall - 8/10 ⭐️

We had an amazing stay here for 2 nights at Rajnish’s place. We were a family of 5 adults and 1 kid and everyone enjoyed. The views from this appartment (and its 3 balconies) are super amazing. Upon googling I found that this building is the 3rd tallest building in Dubai. The appartment is located on 82nd floor. Rajnish was kind to give us an early checkin at 12:30 pm. Appartment has two extra foldable beds which one can use. Rooms are very spacious and were clean. Bed was comfortable. You get a fast internet. Checkin was smooth. Dubai Marina is a great neighbourhood to stay.

Mary’s place was perfect for me, right next to the Dubai marina. Mary’s place had everything I needed, the bed was so comfy. It was really clean too. I felt very safe here and the people that work in reception in the building are helpful. If I needed anything or any questions Mary would be a message away. If I am ever back in dubai I will defo stay here again. Thanks again!

Perfect location in Dubai, an easy walk to the Burj Khalifa, Dubai mall and the metro. The pool is great too. Omar is very easy to get in contact with and replies very fast. I recommend staying here!
