New Walkway! Beautiful One bedroom apartment nestled on the left side of our home with it’s own entrance and private side yard. Less than 1 mile to the beach, 5 minutes to the airport and 15 minutes to downtown Seattle. Enjoy your private unit in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. The unit has everything you need in the kitchen to eat in during your stay. The living room has a queen size sofa sleeper and a 55" smart tv. The bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed and another 49" smart tv.

A cozy sleeping area features a spacious bed with a light-colored blanket. Flanking the bed are two bedside tables with lamps. A large piece of wall art reflects a sunset view, while shelves with decorative items add character to the light blue walls.

The Kitchen offers all the basic appliances for simple meals. This is new construction, part of a duplex. You have your own private entrance and parking in the back of the property.
