Casa Rural Monaut I occupies a good part of the first floor of this beautiful 19th century mansion. The views from its eight-meter balcony towards the Elke, Pausaran, Corona and Larrogain mountains are pure oxygen for the senses. It is designed for a capacity of 4 people, but also couples or visitors who are looking for solitude, sometimes accompanied by their dog. It has a large living room open to a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms – one with a full bed and the other with two beds – and a bathroom. Turning on your fireplace when the cold squeezes is a real pleasure. Reading a good book in the shade of a tree, getting lost with your gaze in the drawing of the landscapes, playing with the children with total tranquility or giving a gastronomic tribute on the barbecue. It's like traveling back in time: a tiny museum where we keep antique furniture, farming tools, and equipment for livestock that tell us about old trades, along with many other curious objects. Maybe guess what they served. So you can spend time downstairs, on the street, and enjoy more, there is a kitchen with all the accessories, a bathroom, and tables so that you can be more comfortable and cook on the patio when the weather is nice. Trapper cabin in the forest of Salies-de-Béarn

This cabin has its own corner of the forest; you are cut off from the rest of the world. Total disconnection just steps from the river; let your desires guide you during your stay. The cabin consists of an upstairs bedroom with a bed, and downstairs a room that opens onto a terrace which gives you direct access to your Nordic bath. The shower is outside, under a bamboo teepee. A packed lunch (€30/person) or a charcuterie and cheese platter (€24) is available in the evening (order 48 hours in advance)
