Two friendly cats live here too. 15 minutes to the A3 and A45, but right in nature to relax. From the creative upcycling idea, benefits not only our environment, but also you. The Tiny House offers you everything you would expect from a modern microhouse on 26m². A kitchenette, a private terrace, an illuminated parking lot right outside the front door and the good feeling of living in your own house.

The apartment in the attic is a new building and has good thermal insulation. The connection to the city center is by various bus lines (free on Saturdays) or a walk of approx. 30 minutes. Shopping (Aldi, Denn's, Edeka, dm, bakeries, butchers, Sparkasse, pharmacy) are within walking distance in a few 100 meters. Extensive discoveries in the field and forest can start after a few minutes walk.
