The apartment in the beautiful old sandstone house was completely renovated in 2021/22 and lovingly and comfortably prepared. At approx. 90 square meters, the spacious apartment offers plenty of space for families, fitters or simply guests who do not want to forego any amenities while on vacation. The apartment is centrally located in the heart of Bürgstadt: bakeries, butchers, an ice cream parlor, restaurants & playgrounds are within walking distance. The apartment is fully equipped with a washing machine, play corner and more.

Living in a farmhouse

You will be staying on the ground floor of the converted side building of the farm. Large garden with 2 ponies by a small stream. We produce wood chips for the heat on the farm. Here there are still 20 chickens with fresh eggs every day, 4 goats. Our dog Jule is very sweet. A small sauna and a swimming pool. The terrace, sitting area, fireplace in the garden are free of charge. Costs for sauna in addition €15 per sauna session for 2 people in consultation on site, or bookable is walking with the horses.

The place is centrally located in the wine town of Bürgstadt. Everything is within walking distance in the village, including shops, restaurants and wine bars. You have the entire house with more than 120 square meters for you. In addition to the two spacious bedrooms and a small bedroom, there is a dining room and a living room, a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and a guest toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped. You live in a historic building, built in 1799 by the Princes of Mainz as a forestry administration, in Rippberg - a district of the pilgrimage town of Walldürn in the Odenwald region of Baden. The apartment was completely renovated in 2022 and invites both for a short and a longer stay. Due to the advantageous layout with 3 rooms, the apartment is suitable for maximum occupancy not only for a single family, but also for 2 couples, for example.

The spacious townhouse is located in Miltenberg, the pearl on the Untermain. Odenwald and Spessart meet here on the Main and allow relaxing days in nature as well as a visit to the old town. A beautiful garden with three terraces, barbecue, fire bowl and sandbox are available for the large and small guests to relax. Depending on the occupancy, the house has up to 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, dining room, living room and a fully equipped kitchen.

Die voll ausgestattete Unterkunft liegt nur ca. 250 m vom Mainradweg entfernt. Bäcker und Supermarkt sind fußläufig erreichbar. Fahrräder können sicher untergestellt werden – perfekt für aktive Tage und entspannte Abende!
