Vacation rentals with lake access in Burgenland

Johann is an exceptional man, I have never met a host like him, very kind, very helpful, adorable, he put everything at our disposal, the house is very beautiful, cozy, we found everything we needed, all kinds of practical machines in the kitchen... a very nice spacious Veranda for breakfast, near the house there is a small lake extremely beautiful to see but with private access only for villagers so Johann gave us access cards... everything was impeccable!

We were very impressed with the accommodation, private wine cellar - excellent, very good wine, the hosts were very nice and loving and also gave us good tips for the bike tours and the guest card was very appreciative, all outdoor pools around Lake Neusiedl are free and much more. There is a lot to do here. Parking is available in front of the house for the guests. Very satisfied and recommended.

We had a great 4-day stay as a family of five in the "Haus am See". The house was very nice and exactly what we expected based on the description. It is very well-equipped and you will find everything you need. Communication with Benedikt was straightforward and friendly. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back! Amazing little retro cottage on the water. Very cozy and has everything one would need. The bathroom is lovely and shower is powerful. The surrounding area is super peaceful and people are friendly. The plants are amazing! Some spots around the house need a bit of restoration tho, other than that it's amazing!

5 stars are not enough in this case :-). Everything you need is available and more than listed in the listing, e.g. Bialetti, coffee, tea, ... in the kitchen, board games, wake board, ..., a welcome booklet with useful tips and information about the area and photos. Cozy towels and blankets, lovingly decorated rooms, and so much more. We were super happy and will definitely come back! Charlotte

The accommodation is perfect for a small end to the day by the lake. The apartment has everything you need for a family vacation, even with a baby and toddler you can have a great time here. It is also great that two standup paddles and two bicycles are provided free of charge. We spent three nights with baby and (in-laws) parents and we all had a lovely time. The occasion was a wedding to which we were invited, but even without a wedding, the time would have paid off. Thank you! :)

Beautiful and peaceful home in a private and quiet space. I had Sonja's place for four weeks and it has everything one could need, very clean and comfortable. Especially liked the hammock and balconies with a lovely view, having the bicycle was perfect. Quick responses and helpful host, thanks again!

It was super nice! You can access a large meadow and direct lake access directly via the terrace. Simply delightful!

Super nice apartment one block away from the lake. The air was a great thing in the heat. There is space for two and lots of taverns and ways to store things. At the entrance there is a lockable area for breakfast or we could hang the kite stuff there to dry. Conclusion: everything perfect!

Both Thomas and Nicole are very cheerful people, they welcomed us at the private beach area and made us feel like we are at home. I communicated with Thomas about anything we needed and he responded to all of my texts within 5 minutes. The apartment is spacious and modern, it has everything you would need for cooking food, cleaning supplies and personal care products. There was a paper with all the important information which was also vey helpful. Overall it was a great experience and I will for sure keep his contact for future visits!

Julia's place is situated just a 2-minutes bike ride away from Purbach Station. Our son enjoyed the use of the garden facilities and the hammock :) Communication was always very good and all went very well. Thanks for your hospitality! All the best, Sabine
