Very nice flat with all amenities in a quiet suburban location in Moedling. The walk to the train station was very pleasant and enjoyable after which it is very easy to get to many locations. Daniel was very responsive and kind. I would highly recommend it and hope to stay there again in the future.

A very nice apartment. The amenities give everything you need. The key box on the door is a great idea and ensures that you cannot lose the key on the way or have to "carry it around."

It is a very nice cottage. Nice and quiet and all comforts. It was very nice that we could put our luggage down before 3pm. From the accommodation to Modling by train to Vienna is very easy. All tickets for public transport in Vienna can also be purchased at the ticket machine in Modling.

We had a wonderful time at this idyllic country house in southern Burgenland. The accommodation is spacious, stylishly furnished and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. Particularly noteworthy is the beautiful garden overlooking the vineyards and the deer enclosure – a paradise for nature lovers. The contact with Georg, the landlord, was uncomplicated and warm. We also felt very comfortable here with one child and two dogs. The proximity to the Loipersdorf Therme (about a 15-minute drive) is another plus. We will be happy to come back!

Natascha is a super nice and helpful hostess. If we needed anything, she helped us right away. The apartment is very spacious, we felt very comfortable there. Highly recommend!

Margot and her husband are extremely nice, very concerned about the well-being of their guests, in a word adorable! Check-in was easy. The accommodation is a small paradise well hidden behind a large door typical of the area. Once you cross the threshold, the charm takes over: various plants dot the entrance, nice garden furniture allows you to rest. The apartment is wonderful. It is spacious, very clean and very well decorated. The kitchen is very well equipped and the bedding is comfortable. The lounge area and its library allow reading and relaxation. We highly recommend this listing!

fantastic ambience in the outdoor area - you felt right at home next to the apartment a wine cellar with bar for self-removal 3 min by bike to the beautiful and free leisure center with an idyllic swimming pond with lots of trees as shade! Also great bike paths virtually at your doorstep and endless possibilities for leisure activities ....Funpark, large seaside resorts, surfing, sailing, etc. Also, the opera in the Römersteinbruch is the lake stage Mörbisch, the small picturesque town of Rust and the capital with the enchanting Esterhásy castle and other cultural highlights can be reached in about 15 minutes by car but also by public transport So there is no boredom if you don't look for it In conclusion, the wonderful winegrower and hostess does everything to make her guests' vacation an unforgettable experience! P.S. there are also good bicycles to rent! A super vacation!!!

A modern and cozy apartment with great views. The unusually large terrace is versatile, equipped with a dining table as well as a lounge area and deck chairs. You will be surprised with various bird concerts and, with a little luck, also special bird sightings. But the apartment scores the most points with the host Walter. We loved being greeted in person and getting wonderful tips. For example, we ate very well, explored Bratislava easily by bus and train and received tips for our bike tours, all supplemented with appropriate information material. Really great. The apartment was very beautiful! We absolutely loved our stay at this place and the nature and cute villages by which it is surrounded! Was very easy to get to the "Therme Linsberg" with the local Bus! All in all- an amazing Airbnb and we will definitely be back!

We stayed at the nice apartment for almost 2 weeks. The apartment is lovingly and modernly furnished with everything you need. The garden was great with a grill, jacuzzi and terrace. We were traveling by convertible, could park the car in front of the house. You can take great trips to Vienna, Bratislava, Sopron or Lake Neusiedl. If you are traveling by car, there are lots of shopping options. But there is also a small self-service kiosk in the village itself. Hugo was always available to us and gave helpful tips for a trip to Vienna. He is a very friendly and helpful host.

We had a wonderful stay, we were able to enjoy the time very much, everything was as described, also the hotel was quiet and for us as we wanted it. We were also allowed to take our doggy with us. We would recommend the apartment and the hotel at any time. Thanks for the great time.

Fantastic apartment, well decorated, with lots of light and a very nice terrace. With absolutely everything you need to cook. I loved it.

We were very satisfied with the place! The apartment is very modern and open. The kitchen equipment contains everything you need. The balcony hot tub completes the stay. We will be happy to come back!
