We rent this beautiful apartment in our large, rustic farmhouse, which we have lovingly renovated exclusively with natural building materials. The apartment faces southeast and you can have breakfast in the morning sun. It has everything you need for cooking and when the moon rises you can light a small fire in the garden. In the Mecklenburg Lake District, there are an incredible number of great lakes and you can go cycling & hiking. Blankensee/Meckl. even has a train station.

On the 1st floor above there is another apartment, which is also partly used privately in summer. See the notes below.

We love contrasts - In Schloss Lanke, we rent a spacious 100 sqm loft in the attic. A castle loft. French Neo-Renaissance on the outside, subtle minimalism on the inside. The village of Barlin is a very nice place to vacation with horses and a playground. Forest and lakes are close. We former Berliners live next door as a family.
