Constructed from durable and recycled materials, this refuge has been designed to accommodate you for a peaceful stay in a green setting. However, please be aware that the site is not connected to water and electricity networks, so you will need to be mindful of your energy consumption during your stay.

Enjoy a very pleasant and brand new apartment (commissioned in June), all with parquet flooring, in the heart of Saint-Lô, 87 m2, with two bedrooms (two large closets), kitchen, bathroom (hairdryer), large living room (television) overlooking a semi-pedestrian street. The apartment is located near shops: breweries, convenience stores, pharmacy, nearby market four days a week. 2nd floor (no elevator) Coffee, tea and herbal tea pods available.

Wood heating and radiators set at 19° A veranda with play area (billiards, foosball) and relaxation, not heated in winter An adjoining garage for storing bicycles or other items. Numerous visits possible in the region (landing beach, Mont-Saint-Michel, Souleuvre Viaduct, Granville, Villedieu-les-Poêles). Bed linen not provided. Weekly rental during school holidays (arrive on Saturday).

Situé à 5 minutes de l'axe Vire/St Lô au niveau de l'autoroute A84 sortie 40, idéal pour visiter la Normandie (équidistance entre le Mont Saint Michel et les plages du débarquement). Viaduc de la Souleuvre à 10 minutes ( saut élastique, accrobranche, luge etc...) 20 minutes de Vire et St Lô , 35 minutes pour Avranches et Caen.

You will be in a quiet green setting but with all amenities available. A horseback ride, the Haras de Moyon is nearby. Beautiful cultural or nature walks are very close and for lazy lovers, the proximity to the beaches is for you.

Former Baronnie, this house has just been renovated and is waiting for you. Dating back to the 18th century, this house was known to the whole village and still today many villagers remember spending time there. The renovation focused on enhancing the raw materials by adding a modern side, always in the spirit of nature. We'll be happy to advise you so you can have the best time in our area.

Our mill is a peaceful haven with nice volume and atypical, we have just restored it with taste, it is planned for 12 beds, games room, high-end spa heated all year round, petanque court on the island. The river passes by the edge of the property, which gives it a lot of charm and a peaceful place to spend nice moments with family, friends...

Simplifiez-vous la vie dans ce logement confortable, situé dans un bourg tranquille avec commerces, à proximité de l'échangeur (A84 - N174), carrefour des sites touristiques de la Normandie, et aux portes de la Bretagne. Ty Tuc est une ancienne boulangerie. Visite gratuite sur demande du four à pain (au feu de bois).

The flat, located on the first floor of our house, is the perfect balance between authenticity and modernity. Warm and rich colors and high ceilings, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable Queen-size bed and modern shower room are the great allies for your stay with us. The apartment is not adapted for young children.
