We had a fantastic stay! The house and surroundings are beautiful! Marlieke and family are fantastic hosts. The house was stocked with everything you can think of and more, including drinks, snacks, cooking essentials, toiletries. They thought of everything! Marlieke provided toys and a play kitchen for our 1 year old, which he loved! We were so grateful! The place was very clean. Great communication from Marlieke before and during the stay. Excellent local recommendations provided also. We would love to come back and stay again. Highly recommend to other guests!

We felt very welcome upon arrival. Everything was very clear, neat and well arranged. The next day the owner met who came to replace a lamp; what a welcoming, flexible, friendly and thoughtful man. Big bonus was the bean coffee machine, a great addition for coffee lovers like us. Nice garden with lovely seating in a canopy. We gratefully used the fire bowl and had wonderful evenings. Hats off to the owners who really thought of everything, thank you!

Nice place, nice cottage, everything has been thought of. Good communication with Kimmie. It's great that the beds are made. Park is quite cramped, but with a lovely spacious backyard.

The stay was very nice. The beds and the whole house were very clean. There was everything you need for a few days. I can only recommend the house. Communication with the landlady Saskia was very friendly and she always responded quickly.

Marcel is a great host who takes care of his guests. He is available when needed. The apartment is very nice, quiet and peaceful. Everything that is needed for å week or weekend is there and the outdoor area is beautiful.

Super nice vacation home, very fully furnished, and tastefully decorated. In addition, there is a beautiful garden, with plenty of different possibilities to relax in the sun or in the shade. The home is in a beautiful area. There are many beautiful bike rides and walks to map out. We'd love to come back.

We spent 8 days here and felt right at home. Astrid's place was comfortable and had everything we needed. It was a convenient base for our stay in the Netherlands.

What a lovely holiday home! It is located in a very quiet holiday park, you will hardly notice the neighbors. The house feels brand new, everything was wonderfully clean and tidy. We were able to relax wonderfully. Kitchen large enough to cook with 2 people, outside more than enough seats. If there was anything I would have liked to see, it would have been a few lounge chairs to enjoy the birds, the sun and the tranquility with my eyes closed.... Thanks for a lovely weekend away to the good hosts!

The place was really very nice and John was very accommodating and took care of all our concerns immediately. We had our five-year-old daughter with us, unfortunately there wasn't much for her to do. The entertainment on the complex was rather sparse. Unfortunately, the beach was completely full of goose droppings. But John can't do anything about all of this. Everything in Jon's hand was tip-top!!

Communication was flawless. In case of problems, help was provided promptly. Everything super 😇

A really lovingly furnished cottage with three bedrooms and comfortable beds and everything you need for a nice vacation! When rinsing, you look out onto the meadow with a donkey and a sheep :-) From the garden you can look at the playground and keep an eye on the children. The park as a whole is great, you can swim well in the lake, otherwise there is a small swimming pool for cooler weather. Nan responds quickly and the contact is super straightforward and nice! We will be happy to come back!

Great house. We felt very comfortable all around. Nice, uncomplicated landlady. House very clean and spacious. Everything as described with large, open living / dining area and upstairs the 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms (1 en suite). We didn't miss anything and we would love to come back.

We were away for a weekend with friends and had a great time. The cottage is great anyway! The location too. Kim and her husband are friendly, helpful and always available. Woudrichem is a beautiful little fortress town. Would you like to dine there? Then make a reservation. The choice of restaurants is limited. Supermarkets within walking distance, also convenient! We used the barbecue at the cottage. Go out with the ferry. Very nice!

Very nice, cozy and above all clean house. Toys for the children were also available, so they could play directly in the garden. With the lounge, a nice seating option. Umbrella and awning available. In the kitchen there is also enough dishes and all technical appliances work perfectly. Fly screens are attached to many windows. In the park, the owners of the house absolutely cannot do anything about it, the restaurant is currently closed. Until you can get into the house or if you're at the lake, it would be nice if you could buy fries. The park is very quiet and the garden is very private through the hedge. We were completely satisfied.

Located in the city center, the property is characterized by a quiet location. The large living and dining room invites you to linger with comfortable seating. On the back there is a private outdoor area with more seating, where you can enjoy the beautiful weather. The contact was straightforward and polite and the check-in via the key box works without any problems. The spacious accommodation leaves nothing to be desired.

We had a great vacation with a really nice house. We were also kindly allowed to use the garden. The old house has a charm all its own and is very comfortably furnished. We felt comfortable immediately - not least because of Kater Henk. Sandy and Martijn were easily accessible for us and gave us great tips for exploring the area. Thanks!

The space itself is peaceful and uncluttered, giving you the freedom to unwind fully after a day on your bike or exploring the forest trails. Highly recommended! We had a fantastic time at this special place in the Betuwe! The accommodation was cozy and cozy: the sleeping area was small but cozy, just right for a comfortable long weekend. What was extra special: we had private access to a larger space with a small bar and the toilet facilities. These facilities were basic, but well cared for and made the stay extra pleasant. But above all, it was the beautiful garden/estate that we really enjoyed!! Especially compliments to the host and hostess, who welcomed us very warmly. Thanks to the warm welcome, we felt right at home. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy all the beauty in the Betuwe – we'd love to come back.

What a great house, friendly reception and everything was present in the cozy house where we felt right at home. There was a bottle of wine ready and the first breakfast was ample. We didn't have to go to the store for the first days. Luxury Nespresso with plenty of coffee cups. Also available. Upstairs was a nice loft with spacious bedroom. Our bikes could be nicely inside. Actually, there was not something we found less. In short, we can recommend this address. Hans and Mattie.
