Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Buna River

This was a gorgeous stay. The view is stunning and the apartment is clean and large. It is a solid 25 minute walk from old town but a beautiful one. It’s also a 20 minute walk from a lot of restaurants and shops in the other direction. Overall, I would recommend!!

We had an amazing stay at Davor’s apartment, it was clean, very well organised, a topnotch view from the balcony and good location. I definitely recommend it and would stay once again if I’m back to Dubrovnik.

Natasha was a superb host, friendly and enthusiastic. The location of the apartment was spot on for us, far enough away from the busy old town centre but only a 10 minute walk away. the balcony view was stunning. the grocery store at the top of the stairs was very handy.

There were quite a few steps to get to the apartment. But once you were there-aahhh. Beautiful!

Lovely terrace apartment! Aleksandar was a very lovely and responsive host. The old town was easy to walk to and there was lots of supermarkets and coffee shops minutes away from the apartment :)

Had the most wonderful 4 nights at Mirjanas place. We arrived in the morning after a long overnight flight and was accomdated with airport pick up and an early check in. the view is jaw dropping - better than the photos. Mirjanas was a wonderful host - even assisting me in tracking down a lost bank card. The location is ideal - away from the hectic of old town but still easily walkable - some steps on the way home but the view is worth it. Supermarket close by - we had a very comfortable stay. I think the accomodation is a bargain for the view. Loved our stay !

I had a peaceful and an amazing stay in Nikola’s place. Nikola is more than a host. He is so friendly and humble, pure soul, and always available for help and tips. I felt like I was staying in my grandpa’s place 🙈. The place itself offers a stunning location by the water, with an amazing view during sunrise and sunset. It was clean, quiet, and all the amenities were available. As others have mentioned, Nikola picked me up from Pomena’s port. But what I want to add is that after he knew that I will have to take a very early morning bus to Sobra when I leave his place, he, proactively, called to check for the bus availability and later informed me that the bus got canceled for some reason (otherwise I wouldn’t have known actually). It turned out to be true, the bus never came, and Nikola and I agreed in advance that he’ll drop me at Sobra that morning. He only requested the money to cover the gas. I highly recommend staying in Nikola’s place!

Great place with beautiful surroundings. The sea front terrace is very spacious with plenty of seating options and tables. We spent a lot of time hanging out at the place having a very chill and relaxed vacation. Not much to do in the nearby area and never really tried the restaurants (except Pomodorino with great pizza!). Also nice bakery close by for breakfast. Stairs to the sleeping area a bit steep if you’re older of have trouble with your joints, not a problem at all for us however. Highly recommend!

The apartment had an excellent view over Budva and the old town - even better than on the picture. The apartment was very clean and we had every thing we needed. We can warmly recommend this flat to everybody looking for a perfect holiday home.

We loved our stay ! So much character in this house, can feel how much effort and love has gone into restoration. Beautiful rustic setting in a small quiet rural village. We went for a few great walks in the neighborhood and wished we could have stayed longer. Many thanks to our friendly hosts!

This is the most helpful host I have ever rented a house from.

It was very nice and cozy in the apartment. The views of the sea and garden were a feast for the eyes. Marija was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was very well equipped so we were also satisfied with small luggage. We had a very good, relaxed time.

Spent a wonderful fortnight at this charming authentic townhouse. The roof terrace with a sea view is a real bonus and an ideal spot for relaxing and drinking some of the fabulous local wine. The location couldn’t be better. It’s on a quiet pedestrianised road 5 minutes walk from Ostuni’s main piazza. There is a decent supermarket (Despar) about a 12 minute walk away and a fruit and veg shop 2 minutes down the road. There is no end of incredible restaurants in walking distance, my favourites being Taverna della Gelosia and Borgo Antico. Mine was partly a working holiday and the WiFi at the house was fast and reliable. The house is clean, comfortable and secure. The bathroom is particularly high standard and has a large walk in power shower. The kitchenette is small but serviceable. The number of steps property (and Ostuni itself) may not be ideal for young children or those with mobility issues. Luisa and Stefano are excellent responsive hosts. I’ve already rebooked for next year.

Ines was beyond helpful from before check-in to check-out. There was an issue with the address from Airbnb and she made it a point to help. She met us as well at check in which was nice and introduced us to the room :) Ines was also very proactive in helping us with the air conditioning and provided recommendations for bars/restaurants which we explored during our visit. The accommodation itself was comfortable and the patio was nice! The room was clean and the massage chair was a nice touch! We loved how close it was to Old Town and restaurants (however there’s quite a lot of steps to be considerate of). The neighborhood itself was quiet and we felt safe at night walking. Overall we had a comfortable time and were very grateful that Ines was our host!

Perfect. A little far from Kotor on foot. But we had the car. A little off-road but then it's perfect. The apartment is great. Thank you.

Francesk was very welcoming and helpful. I arrived in the city earlier than the check-in time and he was able to accommodate me earlier. Instructions to get in were very clear as well. The place was clean and quiet and is located near everything. It also had a washing machine, detergent and ironing board which was amazing because I desperately needed to do Laundry after spending 3 nights in Valbona and Theth. It's 100% worth the money to get a private and quiet place with a nice view after having to share dorms with people. I cancelled my hostel booking for the night for this apartment instead and I'm so happy that I did. I would highly recommend it to anyone, especially after Valbona and Theth where you need a good night's sleep or alone time like me. Thank you Francesk for your hospitality.

I had a great stay and communication with Endrit was smooth and clear. The apartment had everything I need for my 4 days stay and the place is just a stone's throw away from the centre. You have many restaurants and supermarkets in the vicinity. Highly recommend for a peaceful stay in Tirana at a central location. Thanks Endrit!

We had a great stay! Ranko was very quick to respond to messages, and in person we communicated with his father, a very kind and polite man. Huge thanks for allowing us early check-in and late check-out, - it was super convenient for us :) The apartment looks just like in the photos: floor-to-ceiling windows and a sea view. As stated in the listing, there’s no washing machine in the apartment, but there is a shared one in the building. We didn’t use it, but it’s great that it’s available. The house is located on a hill, so you’ll have to walk uphill a bit but the view from the apartment is totally worth it. The nearest grocery store is about a 10-minute walk away, and the beach is 10–15 minutes on foot as well. Thank you again for the hospitality — we’ll definitely come back!

Stevo and his wife were very friendly and helpful, and the apartment itself is best of the best, cozy & modern interior, small garden from the kitchen side and just 2 minutes walk to the sea, definitely recommend!

Perfect location, no need to climb any steps to get to old town although Dubrovnik is all hilly and we saw most people climbing steps or walking a lot uphill to get to their place of stay. Apartment has all the amenities (except coffee, shampoo, body wash which would have been good to have) and has private entrance. Also had international plug adapter in case you forgot one. Tony was very responsive and friendly. Would stay again although would have been nice to have two bathrooms for family of 4.
