From the apartment, you have a beautiful view of the bay and the city. All restaurants are within walking distance and you can get to the parking lot quickly.

Beautiful home, perfect location, and wonderful hosts! You feel like you're living in a movie set this home is so gorgeous. Sparkling clean, beautifully furnished and an amazing terrace with a hot tub that sits directly on the bay. You can relax, watch the boats (including cruise ships) make their way through the bay. If you leave the curtains open at night, you can wake to a beautiful view from the large king bed. Kitchen is well equipped and the place is every bit as beautiful as the pictures. The location is great. Just a few steps to the ferry (free for walkers) and you can be on the other side of the bay in 10 minutes. You can easily access everything from this lovely village (Tivat, Kotor, Prerast, Herceg Novi, Porto Novi and Budva) by bus. Finally, our hosts were the best we've ever had. They really went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and fun. We hadn't planned to come back but might now just to stay there and see them again. HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION!

We had an amazing stay at Davor’s apartment, it was clean, very well organised, a topnotch view from the balcony and good location. I definitely recommend it and would stay once again if I’m back to Dubrovnik.

Wow what a gem of a place!! You’re right in the heart of things, easily walkable to Old Town, but nestled in this picturesque cove. The balcony overlooks Beach Šulić, and there’s even a walk down directly to it. Absolutely loved our time here!

Amazing stay! Place is beautiful, the view is beautiful and the patio is nice and peaceful. About 20 minutes enjoyable walk to old town. Place is very clean and spacious. Host was very responsive and gracious to let us check in much earlier than we thought!

Manjola is one of the kindest hosts I have ever met. She is so helpful and has a problem solving attitude. We spent our holiday in her beautiful apartment for a bit more than a week and we felt like we are in heaven. The view from the window was impressive, the apartment is really well equipped and very clean. Everything was perfect!

Great location and walkable to restaurants and cafes. The most comfortable bed and bedding we have had on our Euro trip. Exactly like the pictures. A parking lot across the road, just call the number on the gate for access.

Drago was communicative & even though he was away for the day his lovely mum was very helpful and warm in check in. Location was close to the old town (bare in mind it's on a hill so roads are a little steep on the walk down) Apartment was very clean and balcony spacious.

Stunning! After stumbling on this house in an Airbnb search, I was so taken by its beauty that I rearranged our entire two week trip so we could stay here. It did not disappoint!! Our entire group agreed that it was our most favorite of any place we’ve ever stayed. I don’t have enough words to express how much we loved it here—not just the house and grounds, but the surrounding area as well. The view is spectacular. We felt fortunate to experience something that was truly out of the ordinary. For us, the real test of a home is whether or not we want to carve out time from the busy travel schedule to just chill and enjoy it. This beautiful house called for exactly that.

We were guests at Jas’ apartment as a family of four with two younger children. The apartment was very clean and offers a lot of space. It is located in a quiet area, which offers a very good starting point for exploring the fjord, the mountains in the surrounding area or the touristy very interesting places Kotor and Budvar! Despite the still early time in the year (end of April) and on average about 20 degrees Celsius, the sun was very warm and our children were in the well-kept pool every day. Overall the accommodation was modern, clean and well maintained. Jas, the host, communicated very friendly and proactive, was quickly available for questions and gave precise descriptions for the arrival and for orientation in the apartment. In general, a lot was thought of from the perspective of the guests: there was a lot of wood ready for the fireplace, neighbour Rosa welcomed us friendly and there were enough towels and other basics for the first days in the apartment. Highly recommend!

What a beautiful stay! The place was just lovely with amazing views! Such a peaceful location! Andjela was so responsive - answering all of of questions within minutes. Andjela booked taxis for us each day, nothing was too much trouble. Taxis into Kotor were reasonably priced and around 10 minutes drive away. A lovely lovely stay! Thank you so much!

We've been to a few places around the world, but this accommodation had one of the best vibe. From the terrace, you can see the Adriatic-sea and the mountain almost right behind the house. The house is fully equipped, the beds are comfortable and there are 3 bathrooms, which is very parctical, when you are with friends. The host always answered quickly, was helpful and flexible and gave us useful tips. You can find a seafood restaurant within a 3-minute walk and plenty of restaurants within a 15-minute drive. Budva is close to the accommodation by car, you can find everything you need.

We had an amazing stay at Radmila and her family's place. We couldn't have asked for a better host. She was welcoming and caring from the get go. Making sure we felt right at home and insisted that we do not hesitate to ask her if we have any questions or concerns. She gave us recommendations about things to do and how we would best visit the old town in Kotor by car, where to park etc. The beds were comfortable with air conditioning in every room. Plenty of towels available for a group of five. Coffee capsules was provided which was very appreciated. The shower pressure was great. The view from the apartment is amazing. I don't think I've ever had such a beautiful view before. The apartment overlooks the Kotor bay and makes you pinch yourself as if it's not real. Note that a car is ideal for this location as it's higher up in the mountain and around a 5-10 minute drive to the main city of Kotor. Overall I would recommend this place to anyone and I give it a 10/10.

Super nice accommodation. Very good location for walking between Perast and easily accessible to get to Kotor. A little noisy outside with the cars, but the beautiful view makes you forget the little noises. Satisfied with this accommodation, I recommend it!

the items in the house were complete and of very high quality, the house is a big house, you have the option to rent an extra room and the family building is downstairs, the fish of the fishmonger are delicious and fresh, the market is across the house and the street is lively, there are cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood. Our host helped us with everything.

Meri's place is exceptional, it's super spacious, clean and the kitchen is very functional. There's even an oven and blender! The place was spotless and the location amazing, you can step outside and there's several restaurants and bars as well as a grocery store around the corner. Meri also kindly stored our bag full of things we didn't need for our Peak of the Balkans trek. Don't hesitate to book this wonderful Airbnb. Oh also, the internet is incredibly fast!

A beautiful apartment right near the lake. We had a fantastic time relaxing on the veranda. IIija met us on arrival and explained everything to us. The place was very clean and as per the pictures. Kotor is a great place to explore, the apartment is 15-20 minute walk from the old town so close to walk in but also nice to go back and relax by the lake in the peace and quiet! Highly recommend booking this place

This was my favourite flat on our trip to Europe. We booked a pick up. The driver took us straight to the flat. The flat was exceptionally clean. And it was thoughtful to prepare food for us. It is worth mentioning that the flat has a very large balcony. The whole town can be seen. This was really so perfect. It was also very close to the beach. As we were checking out in the afternoon Luko was also kind enough to let us check out a few hours late. This flat made our travelling experience in Dubrovnik a perfect score.

Best place we have stayed! The place was so well looked after and we were helped with anything we needed. You can find out about all the hidden gems of durres as well as the simple things for convenience like shops etc. The balcony has such a beautiful view and as nice as the pictures are of this place it is all even more beautiful when you arrive. We had a fantastic stay in Dobrota! A big thank you to Nikola for the warm welcome and incredible hospitality. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly cared for. The apartment was cozy and perfectly located near the sea and close to Kotor and Perast. What really made the experience special was Nikola’s constant availability and support throughout the stay. He was always quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed. We also really appreciated the thoughtful recommendations for local restaurants, activities, and things to see , all of which helped us make the most of our time in Montenegro.
