This is a brand new space located right off the freeway in quaint Joseph, Utah. Built in 2021, this modern unit has two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and an open loft with two queen beds. Equipped with a full bath and kitchen with all the basic essentials. This small home is part of a 7 unit resort, with more phases to come. Close to the Paiute ATV trail, fishing and within an hour of National Parks. We do allow pets but we charge a 20 fee. Please let us know if you bring your pet.

The house is really cute and located in a quiet, peaceful area surrounded by beautiful mountains. Kevin and Tina were incredibly kind and helpful. We arrived late at night, and they checked in on us, even offering to go to the house to turn on the lights and meet us there. They also gave us a heads-up that the phone signal might be weak, so we connected to their Wi-Fi, which worked well. They thoughtfully prepared a welcome package for us, including a s'mores basket, sparkling drinks, popcorn, and coffee—such a nice touch! Communication with them was excellent throughout our stay. The house had plenty of space and enough beds to comfortably accommodate all 11 of us. We truly enjoyed our stay! We definitely will stay at their house again.

The house was clean and in a great location. There was no pull out bed with the sofa that was listed which was a bummer. Once the fire place gets going the house stays extremely warm. Toys and games for kids to play with along with sleds which was great! Overall we had a really good time! I would recommend brining a humidifier to use while you stay though, the air was very dry from the wood stove but it didn’t ruin our trip, just might be helpful for the next guest! Thank you so much for the stay

This cabin was amazing to say the least. We stayed here for my 40th birthday and could not have stayed at a better place. Kristen was super responsive and added a little happy birthday gesture at check in. We enjoyed how spotless the cabin was with extra blankets, comfy beds along with a well stocked kitchen with plenty of dishes, utensils, pots and pans, as we all wonder if there is going to be enough cookware when you travel. The cabin is only 50 feet from the run so is definitely a ski in ski out. The cabin also had a fire pit that we definitely utilized (Bring your own wood). We will definitely be returning next year for our annual birthday trip. Pictures don’t do it justice.. Don’t think just book!

Staying at Kristi's place was the perfect getaway destination for my family, and she is the perfect host. The property is peaceful and private. The porch area is perfect for enjoying mornings and evenings. There was more than ample outdoor space, with plenty of land for the kids to explore. The house was very clean, providing what we needed for a comfortable stay. We can't thank Kristi enough for her hospitality and for providing a home for our family vacation. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We look forward to returning for another visit in the future!

we really enjoyed our stay here. the home was perfect for hosting a small group of people with plenty of space to sit outside and enjoy the weather. the kitchen is large and open and made for an enjoyable Gathering Place for meals.
