The lake cottage is located in Krysshamnsviken, near Nämdöfjärden and lakes within walking distance. It is about 4 km to Stavsnäs where you will find an Ica store, paddle tennis courts, bakery and restaurant in the picturesque old village, as well as the nearest bus stop.

Patio in two directions with both morning and evening sun. There is a small pebble beach directly adjacent to the house, 20 meters from the house there is also a wood-fired sauna that you can borrow. Both near the cottage and on Värmdö, there are scenic areas for recreation. Two km to the bus stop with direct bus to Slussen/Stockholm. Seven km to grocery store. Two bicycles available.

Swimming dock and small beach 300 meters from the house. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the bus that takes you to town in 30 minutes. There are also grocery stores and restaurants. Mölnvik shopping center is 10 minutes away by car/bus. Bicycles can be borrowed to pedal up to the store. You can also take the commuter boat to/from town from Ålstäket, 5 minutes away by car.
