Located on the road of Bomun Tourist Complex and Bulguksa in Gyeongju, the property is 7 minutes by car from Bomun Complex, 5 minutes from Bulguksa, and is located in an area where it is good to travel to Gyeongju's downtown tourist attractions and Yangnam, and Gampo (Sea Area Station) in about 20 minutes. Cozy House is a modern-style duplex and is a great space for couples to use. Enjoy a relaxing view of Mt. It is a spacious, clean and old room of a traditional hanok house in 2019. It is convenient for sightseeing because it is about 15 minutes by car to major tourist attractions in Gyeongju city such as Chumseongdae, Gyeongju Eupseong, Donggung Oberwolji, Woljeonggyo, and Hwangnidan-gil. There is a large grocery store 10 minutes by car, so shopping is easy. There is a Seoak Seo-won, the Mughwangneung, and Seoak Highlands nearby, and it is good for a light walk around a 15-minute walk. It's also a fun event for the Old House in Seoakseowon every Saturday between April and October.

Gorgeous Hanok in a fantastic location to explore Gyeongju. We had an excellent time. Easy walking distance to all the attractions and restaurants. The off-street parking for our hire car was very convenient. The large bath and swimming pool were excellent features and made for very relaxing evenings. The host was very responsive and helpful. Thank you!!

Overall, I was satisfied, and the host was kind. You did a great job explaining it as well. I liked that the location was rural, but it was quiet and secluded. However, I think it would be nice to have more attention to detail in the pool, and there were bugs or parts where disposable items were placed in the barbecue. It would be nice to have a chair or sitting area cleaner. I made pleasant memories with my friends.

It was so neat and nice! It was a little uncomfortable to have one bathroom because it was a family of 5, but I think I could use it comfortably for 3-4 people, and most of what I needed was prepared:) The way to get in was narrow, but it was well shown in the navigation, so it wasn't a big problem, and parking was available for one car per building, so parking was no problem. Lastly, the hosts were so kind and responded very quickly. I'll visit again next time😁

It seems to be made by paying a lot of attention to the interior finishing and accessories. The swimming pool is large and the duplex structure is fun, so I had a good stay with my children. Thank you.

There is an accommodation on the third floor in a three-story building (with a good view.....). The owner is doing skin scuba-related ups. First of all, the interior is very clean. Have you recently renovated it to do the accommodation business? It's so tidy that I want to. The big sofa is also a bed, so I don't think it's a bad idea for 4 adults to stay. (I traveled with a 14-month-old baby) The terrace was made of full glass and had some windows, and there was a neat heater, so it was nice to be able to have a long conversation with my wife on the terrace without knowing if it was cold. The sea was right in front of the accommodation, and the water was clear, so you could see the floor. I don't know if there is a convenience store nearby. (After playing outside, I went to the grocery store and came in) The fish market is a 5-minute drive away. The owner was very kind, so I went there with a good mood.

8 of us visited, and it was so nice! The inside of the house was so clean, and I used the barbecue on a rainy day, and it was so nice and quaint. There were no other houses around, so I was able to have fun relatively comfortably until late. I highly recommend it as a large family accommodation!
