Das Häuschen ist hochwertig ausgestattet, im Winter brennt der Pelletofen mit behaglicher Flamme, Ein Sitzplatz auf dem Winzergrundstück laden ein um ein Glas Wein zu geniesen. Dachgeschosswohnung mit geräumigen Zimmern, 2 Schlafzimmer mit 1,80x2,00m Betten und eine ausziehbare Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer. Tageslicht Bad mit LED Spiegel, WLAN, SmartTV, voll ausgestattete Küche mit Nespresso und Filter Cafemaschine. Der Balkon lädt zum Grillen und sonnen ein. Bäcker, Metzger lediglich 5min zu Fuß entfernt, Parkplatz 50m Laufweg. Supermarkt 7min Fahrt. Ruhig gelegen, man ist sehr schnell auf dem Berg, im Wald und Natur. Aber auch die Autobahn A5 ist nur 12 min entfernt.

Es erwartet Sie eine ruhige und gemütliche Ferienwohnung im Schwarzwald, ca. 330 m ü.M. Umgeben von Wälder und Weinbergen gibt es viele schöne Wandermöglichkeiten. Weitere sehenswerte Orte wie Baden-Baden, der Mummelsee, Skipiste erreichen Sie in ca. 20 min. mit dem Auto. Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss eines Hauses mit drei Wohneinheiten. Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und ist ca. 5 Gehminuten von der Bushaltestelle entfernt. Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert.

Welcome to the Black Forest! This beautiful architect´s house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by idyllic vineyards and some of the most beautiful paths for hiking or mountain biking start directly in front of the door. The house has a big garden with a magnificent old stock of trees and a little creek. As this house was renovated looking after the design and the details and also with some technical refinements, i am looking forward to welcome you into this cozy home.

Sleeping The holiday flat has two cosily furnished bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is furnished with a large double bed with two single mattresses, bedroom 2 with two single beds. All beds have high-quality mattresses and bed linen suitable for allergy sufferers. Bed linen is provided. If required, an additional person (or two children) can sleep on the comfortable sofa bed in the living room. We are also happy to provide a cot and high chair for your children. Venez vous ressourcer dans notre cabane perchée (non accessible aux personnes à mobilités réduites, échelle de meunier) avec vue sur nos chèvres miniatures, nos minis ânes, nos minis poneys, notre cochon, déconnection totale mais avec très bonne couverture réseau (au cas où) 😀. Vous pourrez profiter d’un véritable SPA sur la terrasse de la cabane. ⚠️ La cabane n’est pas adaptée aux enfants en bas âge. À 20 min de Strasbourg, 15 min de Haguenau, 10 min de l’Allemagne.

Black Forest, vineyards, pure nature: You can enjoy all this in our apartment "Schwarzwaldmarie" and leave everyday life behind you. In summer, there are no limits to the activities right outside the door - hiking in the Black Forest, biking or walking through the vineyards. In winter, the nearby ski slopes are a popular destination - if you like it cozy, you can enjoy the wood crackling in front of the fire with a glass of local wine.

Tents overlooking the Black Forest and our farm animals. In our large and cozy tent you can sleep in the middle of nature. There is a fireplace in front of the tent. From the platform you can enjoy a fantastic view of the vineyards and fruit trees. Our donkeys, goats, sheep and chickens welcome you right in front of the tent. On request, we offer donkey hikes. An outdoor bathroom and a small fully equipped kitchen is available.

Black Forest lodge with infrared sauna

Our Black Forest Lodge is located in the back of the property and was completed in August 2020. The house has an infrared sauna. We have lovingly furnished it with many great details. A place to relax. The property is located in a district of Bühl, very close to the spa town of Baden-Baden.
