Our old barn has been completely renovated inside into a warm nest. Inside, everyone will find their own corner on the sofa, at the table, in the sitting areas ... In the morning you wake up with a panoramic view of our orchard and the sheep white. In the summer, you can sit by the campfire in the evening while our "house" owls. If it's too cold, you can sit warm inside by the stove. Through the fields you can walk a few minutes to the Schelde, the unique nature reserves and the picturesque village of Sint-Amands.

Staying at Koen’s place was a great experience.The house is cute, surrounding building is majestic and backyard is large, quiet and pleasant to relax in. All amenities are present. Communication with host was easy and straightforward. I definitely recommend this place.

Mario is very friendly and we were able to discuss visits and restaurants in the area. The accommodation was well maintained and compliant. Cold drinks and coffee were available. Excellent, thanks for everything.

We had a pleasant stay, the house is large, the beds are comfortable, the bedrooms and bathroom are spacious. The kitchen is very well equipped. Very well located, the house is 35-40 mins from Brussels, Ghent and Antwerp. We would recommend this listing!! Thank you for everything Martine, the little touches are appreciated 😊

What a fantastic stay we had with Betty and Pol. Opened the door and stepped into an apartment with a lovely warm log burner. Everything clean and tidy which was great after a long journey. Pol and Betty checked in with us when we bumped into them and also gave us some tips on things to do locally. We went for day trips to Antwerp/Brussels but Pol recommended Mechalen with the Square it was very beautiful and much more accessible.They both spoke very good English which is good as our dutch/French is non existent! Thank you for a wonderful stay on our way to center parcs in Holland. If we are ever in this part of the world we would definitely stop here again even if it was out of our way. Thoroughly recommend don't hesitate in booking. Thank you Betty and Pol.

Although we were the champion in last minute reservations (LOL) we were very kindly received in the beautiful and cozy courtyard, house and room of Tinne and Michiel. Very pleasant hosts who were serene and we hardly saw them outside of check-in and check-out. Highly recommended if you want to stay in Mechelen. Good luck, Tine and Michiel! Sanne and Jef
