Charming house 40 km from the Baltic Sea

In addition to an old rectory, we have developed a small ancillary building individually for ourselves, for friends and guests. Some things are modern, others still have the charm of times gone by. Many things seem to us to be coherent, some are still in the process of becoming. Nix is standard. What is not yet considered by us and makes sense for guests, can usually be supplemented quickly. The cottage is surrounded by a natural garden at the edge of the field, so it is located in a small, agriculturally active village.

Small cottage in Uckermark on historic four-sided farm in a secluded location. The house is designed very openly, it has two floors and a sleeping gallery. Best suited for 2 people. Third sleeping space available. Comfortable and tastefully equipped. Large idyllic farm garden to relax. The farm is very quietly located on an unpaved path on the edge of a nature reserve. Many lakes and the small town of Boitzenburg with its beautiful castle in the immediate vicinity.

Our house is located directly on the forest. Neighbors are only there a few weeks a year. The house / property has about 130 m² of living space, a total of 1670 m² of property area, partly fenced (the green area in front of the property is not fenced), so that a dog brought along can also go for a walk alone. Small house for lovely people

Our little red brick house is and has always been an oasis to rest, relax, cook and dine well with friends, or just enjoy the Uckermark as a couple.
