Very good location. It was possible to walk to the restaurants , shops and the beach without a problem. From this location you could perfectly not use the car, unless you go out of Carilo. Veronica was very clear with all the directions and was quick to respond whenever we need him.

The place is spotless, with every detail to the utmost care. I especially note the attention of Cecilia, who was attentive at all times, making the experience even more special and pleasant.

I had to look for a place at the last minute to spend the night because I lost my flight and I ran into this place that seemed very cozy and pleasant, in addition to that I checked in practically at midnight, that I was greeted at that time. I thought it was great. I would recommend it and take into account for a next visit!

Beautifully boutique hotel in a restored late 19th century town house. The neighborhood is old and non touristic with easy access to the cities hot spots. Definitely a place to stay at!

I had to book a last-minute stay in BsAs and Facundo was wonderfully accommodating and welcoming. His place is charming, comfortable, and amazingly situated in Palermo SOHO. It's close to lots of shops and restaurants. Perfect neighborhood for wandering around and getting lost. Check in was easy. Great communication with Facundo. Would highly recommend staying with him at his lovely listing.

I'm very comfortable in the stay. It had a very good location to enjoy the nearby "Recoleta" area and very close to Palermo. I openly recommend the stay for anyone who wants to spend a few days with good accompaniment and very good location.

This place is magical. If you want to be in a real inspirited home with people and music at the fingertips you are in the right pace. It is warm hospitable and comfortable. For tango there are stellar classes right in the house.
