Great stay! The place was beautiful, thoughtfully decorated with a lovely garden and pool. Kat was a fantastic host, super communicative and shared amazing local food recommendations. We found the bed very comfortable, and the area was quiet and peaceful. It was also a very easy walk to the beach. Would absolutely stay again!

Amazing week with 3 generations. We fished with Mike one day and caught plenty of fish. Surfed at a great spot close by. Went off-roading and had a great time. The house and location were everything we dreamed of. Mike was immediately responsive to any needs. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of toilet paper and paper towel. We will be back. Thanks Mike for a great time!!!

Such a gorgeous property with amazing amenities and views!!! We had an absolute blast celebrating our friends bday! There’s so much to do at the house, but also it’s close enough to down town/the beach that you can check out everything the area has to offer. Thanks so much to Shaina for helping our group set up a bunch of great activities! We wanted the massages and sound bath/yoga a second day, but sadly had to come home.

Excellent place! Very peaceful, quiet, and secure. Beautiful and well-equipped areas. Perfect for families and friends. It offers all the comforts of home and is conveniently located near shops and restaurants, yet still feels very private.

Truly one of the most beautiful airbnb's I've stayed at in a very long time. Gorgeous attention to detail throughout the space, an easy walk to the beach, a lovely pool + hot tub and you could see the stars / watch the sunset from the rooftop deck at night. This place is magical and worth every penny to stay! The hosts were so responsive and went above and beyond to be helpful, even providing a crib for my little one. I can't wait to be back <3

Casa del Arco was a beautiful, private space. We were a group of 3 couples and it was perfect as each space was private with its own bathroom. Can accommodate more people than 6 of us. Backyard was stunning - gorgeous pool and aesthetic overall. Very clean space and lots of amenities. Hosts were very communicative, accessible, and helpful. Few things to note (which are more about Todos Santos than this Airbnb) - lot of dirt roads full of rocks, so get an SUV and drive slow. Google Maps can be spotty with directions and exact locations, so seek clarity on where you’re going - and always initiate directions while you have strong WiFi / signal (lot of dead zones in TS). Places can feel remote, but it felt safe still. Also the third bedroom upstairs at the Airbnb is entirely separate (separate entrance, very private). Good to be aware as it can feel less integrated than the two rooms downstairs. Overall we had a wonderful time and thank you to the hosts! 5 stars for sure

Casa de Leon was a great space for our group. We all especially loved the comfortable beds, and the views in the morning and evening were amazing. We enjoyed Todos Santos but also found several great restaurants nearer to the house in El Pescadero.

We had a great stay at Trish’s place. Lovely views of the ocean and a short walk to the beach. Beds were super comfy and the upstairs terrace lets you enjoy being outdoor most of the time. Internet was quite spotty so wouldn’t be the best place to work from but great for a vacation.

Pristine apartment with thoughtfully designed interior and wonderful light throughout the day. Short walk to the beach (basically private). Erik was extremely helpful and responsive. Highly recommend 10/10 would stay again.

I will begin with that breathtaking view when you walk into the Cove. The Cove immediately makes you feel like you are in paradise. The grounds are beautiful, the amenities are all well designed. We would open up the doors so the house was an indoor outdoor living space. It was a few minute walk to the beach, where there were restaurants and activities for everyone, adults and children. This was a wonderful vacation place to stay. I would go back in a heartbeat.

The apartment is beautiful, spacious, and super clean. Equipped with everything you need to spend a couple of days without worrying about anything, the pool had warm water, and both in the bathroom and next to the pool, there were extra towels. The host is very helpful and kind when responding. In short, very satisfied with what we paid vs what we received

We absolutely loved this bnb! It felt like home and was peaceful and spacious. The star gazing from the outdoor bathtub was incredible and the water was nice and hot! This is such a unique location nestled in the desert... a very short drive to the beach. We would highly recommend.

Paolo’s place is unit one on the ground floor of an 8 bedroom complex that used to be a small hotel and is now operated like a condo with shared ownership. It has a nice sized living room / kitchen area with a separate bedroom and ensuite bath. It also has a very nice and private outside patio with a table and two chairs, a hammock and two other chairs. This is a lovely space in the morning. The property is quiet but very close to the centre of town. As we had never been to Todos Santos, we were not sure where to stay in relation to the town square but this location is excellent. Great coffee shop one block away and everything in the town is walkable. The unit is very well maintained and the AC works well, though is not needed much of the time. The bed is comfortable and Paulo uses nice linens. We loved our stay and would use this bnb again if we return!

Location is the best. Can’t beat sitting right on the ocean with glass of wine at sunset. The pictures are 100% accurate. Love Cerritos Easy walk to beach restaurants.

Just finished a 5 day solo trip to this fabulous condo! I spend a lot of time in Cabo, but this only my 2nd visit to San Jose. I’ve been missing out! This place is a 💎gem, clean, perfectly appointed, comfy bed, glorious view, and the location could not be anymore ideal! Host was fast and helpful with any questions, and the pool is amazing😍!

We stayed 2 nights with our infant and it was absolutely perfect. Easily walkable to great coffee shops and short drives to the dinner places we wanted. The kitchen was ideal for cooking up breakfast and cold filtered water was always available. We had a car so the parking spot was clutch. Bed was comfy and place was spacious enough for the 3 of us. We even did some yoga in the courtyard with the mats provided. Caitlin was super responsive and just a kind, thoughtful host all around. Would happily stay again!

What a gem! The location is perfect—tucked away just enough to feel peaceful, yet only a 1–2 minute walk to the heart of San José del Cabo. The condo is beautifully designed and immediately feels like home. The kitchen is well-equipped, the bed is incredibly comfortable, and the terrace (along with that infinity pool!) is a total highlight. Highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting Cabo—it’s the perfect base to relax and explore.

The room is quite comfortable, I suggest that the mattress covers be made of fabric. Everything else is really good.

We enjoyed our stay @ Colleen’s condo. Everything was immaculate and we appreciated the attention to all the thoughtful details. The view from the condo was spectacular too! A very peaceful experience. Restaurants that are a must - Same Same But Different & Barracuda (on the beach)! They mixed the best marjs ❤️

The best Airbnb I’ve stayed in. It was honestly a five-star experience. The location and views are incredible. The condo is beautiful, well maintained, and has everything you need. The kitchen was very well equipped. Awesome experience that’s highly recommended. We will be back.

Super clean, comfortable, spacious. Had everything we needed. The pool was lovely. Two minutes walk to the big beach with beautiful sunset. We really enjoyed our stay!
