No parties allowed. 4 people but an additional room can be opened for 2 at an additional charge. Discuss with hosts beforehand if an exception is required. No cleaning fee is charged if guests leave the place exactly the way it was given. All laundry must be done, beds remade, garbage taken out. House cleaning instructions are on the wall. Cleaning fee is $250 if not complete.

We have enjoyed our place the past 10-12yrs and have decided to let another family enjoy it as our busy family needs have changed and we are unable to use it as much as we’d like.
