This single-story home is furnished with a heathered decor. A lot of furniture and objects have taken place for a second life in this space. The 20 m2 bedroom has two large bay windows overlooking the terrace and the 15-acre wooded garden, not fenced. Located 20 minutes from the city center of Besançon and 5 minutes from the Franche Comté TGV train station. A supermarket, a pharmacy, two restaurants, two tobacco/newstand/bar shops are within a 5-minute drive.

Direct access to the private wood at the back at 50 m, substantial spaces (the estate is 8 ha including 2 of wood) including volleyball court, ping pong table, swing, this makes it the ideal place for workers, and families with a pet. A clarification: the land is not fenced. To observe the animals of the farmyard, geese, sheep,... nature and birds of prey and hares in particular.

The Chalet de Montarouet

Small chalet for a green and quiet stay in the Haute-Saône countryside. In a green environment, the Montarouet chalet welcomes you from one night to several weeks. The wooden chalet is independent of the owners' house. It is composed on the ground floor (20 m²) of a kitchenette open to the living/dining room and a bathroom. On the mezzanine (10 m² with a maximum height of 1.80 m), you will find a small bedroom opening onto a 10 m² terrace.
