I loved the space: modern, cool, illuminated and very quiet. Despite not having air conditioning, the ventilation is excellent and feels very nice. Carlos is a very attentive and friendly person, which made the experience even better. I will definitely be back. :)

Myriam is very attentive to her being comfortable. The apartment has all the essentials and is in an area that is not difficult to access. I think it's a fair price for the attention and facilities they offer you. We appreciate the hospitality and it is certainly a place I recommend if you plan to be in Bucaramanga and want to feel like a homey atmosphere. If I came back it would be my first choice

Our stay at Marcela’s place was excellent. Very spacious and well furnished. Kitchen was very well appointed with utensils for cooking home cooked meals. Hot water and AC worked well our entire 2 week stay. Beautiful neighborhood but very busy during the day. Main thoroughfare and close to markets and restaurants. Fairly quiet at night. Would definitely stay again. Thanks again for your help and a great stay. 🙏🏼

Very comfortable apartment in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. I would stay there again.

Maria is very kind and attentive, flexible with check-in and check-out times, open to requests. A very nice and quiet place, the photos don't do the space justice, it's much nicer and cozier. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils; crockery, pots, blender, microwave oven and everything for cleaning. Travelers should note that the TV does not have access to streaming platforms, although there is an internet connection. There is no sound system or iron, but otherwise, it is an excellent place.

I had a fantastic and pleasant stay with Mario and Maria in their apartment. They were very accommodating, respectful and understanding. Moreover, I felt very comfortable bringing up any doubts or if I ever had questions in general. They are always full of helpful advice. I am glad to have had the opportunity to get to know Mario and Maria, and thankful that I even got to travel with them around Colombia as well. I stayed with them for about a month, and if you're looking for a place to stay long-term I'd definitely recommend them. On the other hand, their cat Pria was also super loving and great company.

Camilo's place is spacious, with lots of light, cool breezes, and two open spaces, a very large terrace and a balcony, both of which offer great views. Taken all together, it makes for a very relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. Would definitely recommend.
