Fully pawed road with public lights connecting it to main road. Grocery shops, hotels and restaurants are in close walking distance. No stairs and no uphill/downhill walking is required to reach your warm and comfy apartment from private parking just in front of the house.

The house is about 4km away from the centre of Kopaonik and only 1 km from the nearest ski run and ski lift Treska 5 Holiday home has two separate units for rent; а larger duplex apartment, about 70m2-ap. Uki; and a smaller one, about 35m2. -apart. Sofi There is a large parking lot in front of the house.

It is in an ideal location, close to many recreational facilities, restaurants, 4 km from the ski centre of Kopaonik, and 1,7 km from closest ski lift. We are located in the heart of the weekend resort just on the border of the National Park. Unplug, reconnect, and become one with the nature whilst staying at this amazing abode.
