Brian's place was very nice and well maintained! We really enjoyed our short stay and loved being able to sit next to the creek even when it was raining. The location was very convenient for visiting the park and town when we needed something. We would definitely stay here again!

Plenty of amenities provided, house was clean and in good order, everything you would need to start was provided, great communication and such a beautiful peaceful creek! super helpful when we were trying to find it. host was worried gps would send us the wrong way and gave step by step directions. thankfully, our gps worked out fine because we came in from the opposite side of the mountain, but his directions were on point coming from the other side. beautiful view. nice and clean. within 20 min from most anything you could want to do.

Our stay was wonderful. The views were gorgeous and the house was very well maintained. The kids really enjoyed the ping pong table (make sure you look in the ottoman for the extra balls and paddles if you can’t find any).

This was such a wonderful place to stay! The views were amazing and the hot tub was very clean. The cabin was so spacious and such a cozy spot for our overnight stay. Would absolutely recommend!!

If you want a magnificent setting--secluded, beautiful--you simply can't do better. We spent five nights here and happily would have spent many more. You cannot see another property from this house, which is tucked into the side of a mountain. The house itself is well-stocked and well-maintained. If this is the "kind" of place you're looking for (nature, quiet, beauty, but on the luxurious side too), you won't do better than this.

Best experience I've had with AirBnB. Michelle was friendly and polite. The cabin was exactly as described, clean and great for our weekend getaway. 5/5 would recommend.

The cabin is new and fresh feeling. So many in the area look their age. Kitchen was nice for cooking a few meals and the deck and hot tub were enjoyed in the evenings. A bag of charcoal and bundle of fire wood was provided but unfortunately we didn't get to use them. No surprises, no bugs, no broken anything it was just a nice getaway with no drama. The fishing on the Tuck was the best it's been for us so a totally successful trip with great accommodations. Thank you

If you are looking for a clean, comfortable, well appointed cabin with amazing mountain views, this is it! My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend and had a wonderful time. The pictures do not do this place justice. We enjoyed sitting on the covered porch taking in the beautiful mountain views. You will not be disappointed with Brooke’s Place. We will definitely be back.

If you need a place to get away from the traffic and everyday obligation of work and just need a peaceful reset, this is the place. From the beautiful scenery surrounding you and the sound of the river below, you can feel the stress melt away. The cabin was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. Catherine is a great host and very accommodating. We will definitely book again when we need to recharge and plan on trying to book in the fall because this place has to look amazing when the leaves start changing colors. Exactly what we expected and wanted for a tiny cabin in the woods along the edge of park. Not glamorous, but comfortable and cozy. Great spot to explore Deep Creek area of national park and all Bryson City has to offer.

We totally enjoyed staying at Cast Away cabin. The river is very close and easy to get into. Sitting on the large deck and listening to the river is so relaxing. My husband commented on how comfortable the bed was. I would note that the air conditioning was not all that efficient but was acceptable. There was not a hair dryer, which I am pretty sure was mentioned as an accessory they had. For those who may be wondering, the coffee pot is regular ground kind and they have a small coffee bar there with coffee, sugar, etc. We just took our pod coffee maker but I thought the coffee bar was nice. The place is small, as is noted, but is well kept up and cutely decorated. I would recommend for a river getaway, especially if you have a dog who would enjoy the river as much as ours did.

The cabin is in a peaceful, secluded location. There are neighbors around, but it is hard to tell for the most part. The road to get up to the place i could see as challenging in certain weather or vehicles, but the directions are very descriptive and on point. We were able to enjoy the Great Smoky Mountain National Park, the city of Cherokee, Bryson city, and Maggie Valley, as well as go searching for waterfalls near Highland. The area is beautiful no matter which direction you go! Most favorite restaurants during the trip was Highlands Smokehouse in Highlands for some amazing brisket and Circle H Chophouse in Cherokee, NC--bonus points for this one due to watching elk walk right by the windows while dining! Overall, it was a great place to stay. The host is super responsive with any questions or concerns and active in ensuring that you have a great experience!

We had a great time! The place was quiet with beautiful views. The steep hill was a little scary,but we managed no problem. The kids loved the games upstairs.

Cabin was spacious, clean, and comfortable with an unrivaled view!! Great privacy. We took a couple dog walks, explored Smoky Mountain National Park, Cherokee, and Bryson City. Hosts were great, very responsive and clear instructions for everything in the house and good suggestions for things to do in the area. We spent more time in the cabin than we have on past trips at other places because it was so relaxing.

A beautiful space. We enjoyed ourselves immensely and had all our needs within reach with no issues to speak of. Waynesville was a treat and so was our stay. I was really inpressed with how cool the interior of the airbnb was.

This AirBnb is absolutely stellar in every way! The view is beautiful from the back porch. We hadn’t planned on cooking, but changed our mind when we saw the grill and that the kitchen was well stocked with quality items. The location is fantastic; it’s a very short drive to Bryson City and Deep Creek. We loved hiking and tubing! The host truly went above and beyond! He has stocked the cabin so well. He gave us clear directions on how to get to the cabin and check in and was very responsive during our stay.

Buddy’s place is great. Perfect location for access to SMNP as well as Sylva and local sites. We were very comfortable there and the view is amazing every day. Coffee on the deck each morning was so peaceful and relaxing. Fire pit at night couldn’t have been better. Completely met our expectations and buddy was a great host. Thanks!

we liked everything very much. beautiful mountains, sunset, location of the house and how well everything is done. there are many entertainments nearby, we liked everything very much. thank you, we will definitely come back!)

This farmhouse cabin is decorated beautifully and has everything you need! We felt right at home. The bed is extremely comfortable. We came to sylva mainly to explore the hiking trails but wish we had even more time in the cabin since it was so cozy and relaxing. We appreciated both the open deck and covered deck. We loved having our coffee in the morning and watching the mist move through the mountains. Mary Anne recommends the Black Balsam Knob hiking trail and it was phenomenal!!

We had a beautiful anniversary here. the surroundings were beautiful, and the space was fun.
